I am a very unhappy customer ! I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered labels for my company, and I was very clear in my communication with their creative consultant: I specified that I wanted a cotton/matte finish. I even provided a photo to illustrate exactly what I was looking for. Despite this, I received shiny labels that look nothing like what we discussed.

When I reached out to customer service to address the mistake and referenced the email chain where I’d confirmed the correct fabric, I was essentially told that it was my fault. They offered a discount, but this didn’t address the core issue or make up for the time and money wasted.

A professional company should be able to handle simple client specifications accurately, especially when they’re clearly documented. This experience has made me question their ability to deliver on basic requests, let alone more complex orders. Very disappointing.

What is the primary reason for your score?
I have already spread the word to other colleagues in the retail industry of your phenomenal service! After going through too many vendors to count, trying to find the best patch vendor, I cannot be more thrilled to have found The Studio. Hands down the best quality, best customer service, reliable, fast, and easy and enjoyable process. Love that there is solid communication from start to finish. I made the mistake of entering the incorrect address and your team went above and beyond to help track down the package without any hesitation. Looking forward to many more orders with The Studio!
