First time using The Sun Shuttle and we had a great experience. We booked online and it was very easy. We could pick vehicle options based on our family and luggage count. Pricing was listed and all our questions were answered in the process of booking. Communication was great, before, during and after pick up. We arrived and our driver was waiting for us. We walked a short distance to our vehicle and had a pleasant drive. Our driver was professional, friendly and had great suggestions for our stay. Our return pick up was slightly delayed due to an accident and traffic. We knew from experience how traffic and accidents can be especially on I 4. The Sun Shuttle had another driver arranged in minutes. We arrived at the airport in time for our flight. We appreciated their efforts to make sure they could accommodate us and kept everything stress free on our end. We would highly recommend and plan to use The Sun Shuttle on our next trip.

We had an excellent experience with Sun Shuttle this past weekend, thanks to our driver, Fabian. I made two separate reservations—one for my son and one for my parents—and Fabian handled both with exceptional care and professionalism.

He met each party inside the airport and personally escorted them to the vehicle, which made a huge difference. My 20-year-old son mentioned how friendly and engaging Fabian was, even insisting on helping with his luggage and making the ride enjoyable with great conversation.

What stood out even more was Fabian’s service for my parents. Their flight was delayed by over two hours, and he patiently waited for them without issue. He greeted them inside the airport and ensured they got safely to their hotel. My parents aren’t frequent travelers and were understandably nervous, so having someone meet them and guide them every step of the way was incredibly reassuring.

Fabian truly went above and beyond, and his kindness and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free for everyone involved. We are very grateful and would highly recommend both Fabian and Sun Shuttle.

Our driver Fabian arrived at the airport early, greeted us at baggage claim, and loaded our carry-ons in the car as we waited for our checked bags. Fabian offered us cold sodas and waters, and he had juice boxes and GoGo Squeezes for our kids. He even had a Disney themed playlist for the ride. We had a similar experience on our return trip to the airport. I would definitely usr Sun Shuttle the next time we travel to Orlando, and I would recommend to anyone looking for reasonable transportation from the airport for their family.

Our driver had excellent communication, right from the start! He offered us a water and chatted with us on our way to Disney. I would book again!

We used The Sun Shuttle car service when we took our first trip to Orland from the airport to the Resort. They were phenomenal! They met us at bagged claim with our name on a tablet, took our bags to the car, and had drinks ready for us. The car was clean and the air conditioning was just right! They took all our bags in and out of the vehicle as well. Our driver Ivan was so kind!!

Fabian was incredible and so kind. We enjoyed our experience greatly and will definitely use the sun shuttle again!
