Rubbish buy Nair from the grocery store. Product didn't work after 15m on. The product smells like Nair as well. The pump pack is doesn't work very well

I ordered the combo pack for hair growth 3 months ago. Incorrect address, the product was then resent by DHL with no correspondence and still recieved no package. Support then sent the product again, sending me a 6 digit number to “look out for” with no proper courier instructions. Honestly, complete joke, no formal support, no engagement bad service. Highly not recommended

I had to wait about 15 minutes before it would remove any hair and it didn't do the whole area tested. I reapplied and waited (which was a mistake) and got a chemical burn. The spray bottle does a horrible job of covering a desired area. After getting the burn I looked up their return policy and there are no refunds. Wish I would have looked into that before I purchased. It's easier just to shave.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. Took weeks too arrive. Faulty bottle that just squirts ammonia that stinks. Customer service reply after 7 days to say won’t refund. Now another 7 days passed no response. Avoid at all costs.

Shipping took over three to four weeks, zero feedback from Mane.

Horrible service. Ordered the product 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive the product. I have called sent four emails and finally heard back. Basically she offered a refund but I have to wait for the product to arrive. That doesn’t make sense since I’m still waiting for the product’s delivery. Of course I already paid. Looks like a got taken

I bought a 3pack of their hair remover on 25 January 2025. When I received it, I went to use the first bottle and the spray nozzle did not work. Despite repeated efforts, I could not get it to work. Tried the second bottle, same outcome. The third bottle worked some, but it was such an effort to get the contents out. The nozzle did not spring back automatically, and I had to pull it up to spray again.

I tried it on my arms first as the hair there was quite light. Left it on for 5 minutes, I could feel my arms start to tingle, so I removed it using a wet wash cloth. Only half the hairs came off. How pathetic.

I do not recommend this product, it is of a low standard. Don't waste your money like I did.

I did contact and received a reply from the company:

Shake Well Before Use: Sometimes the contents need a good shake to ensure everything is mixed well for optimal spraying.
Check for Blockages: The nozzle might be clogged. Please try removing it and rinsing it with warm water to clear any potential blockages.
Ensure Proper Assembly: Make sure all components of the spray bottle are securely fastened, as loose parts can sometimes disrupt the spray mechanism.
Prime the Pump: For new bottles, it may be necessary to pump the trigger several times to initiate the spray.

All these things I had already done, however, she did not respond to the second part of my query:

"Your product is inferior and not up to your marketing hype. I would like a refund."

Don't waste your money.

Trying to apply this product causes the nozzle to block, constantly inconsistent spray area, after messing about for so long to get the liquid onto the hair, zero hair was removed, the adverts show the hair being wiped off in clumps, I waited the full ten minutes and nothing. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered beard growth oil on 19th Jan and arrived today. Haven’t tried the oil yet but time will tell. Customer service could be better but I got a response which is good enough. Was worried regarding all the negative reviews on here but for me so far so good.

I used their eye correcting stick for a week and the past 3 days I've basically been bleeding under my eyes. My eye bags have gone extremely dry and flaky and it's unbelievably painful. Will never ever use them again.

If you’re international do not buy from this place. I paid for insurance as well.

They took forever to send the package, received nothing. The company that they used rejected the address because by the time it was sent and delivered it had been 5 weeks and the location was closed. They told me to contact the delivery company (DHL) they don’t have a contact number and said to contact the sender direct. They then gave me a link to my order through ARAMEX - it wasn’t even my order. These guys are scams. Now I’m out $100.
They’ve stopped replying to my emails. Pathetic

Spartan seems to be a great product so far. Only been using about a month, but my hair is very lush not dry like some product. I will return with a more detailed explanation of what has happened with hair growth in a few months. Thanks

They don't deserve the one star given. I've no idea how the products are because they are unable to deliver them.

It was almost a month when I started to chase myself, otherwise they would never have told me of a delay because nothing was in stock.

Delivery was meant to be DHL, had I know this would default to EVRI I would have shopped elsewhere.

EVRI eventually claim they attempted delivery, I was there all day, they didn't. The next day they claimed that they couldn't find my address, then that they didn't have my address and now they claim it's delivered with no adequate proof of delivery to my address at all.

No communication, no tracking, nobody bothered to tell me, no email, nothing. I had to chase every step of the way to find out what was happening and who was meant to be delivering my package.

I don't trust EVRI, no way to contact a live person, they refuse to communicate when they lose packages. I don't trust Superior Mane as they don't respond in a reasonable timescale or let customers know what's happening. They're also dishonest about the courier companies being used.

I gave them an opportunity to ship by another courier within a reasonable timescale but they have now waited too long without responding even though it was them who originally told me that (a) the item had been returned to them because the address was wrong, and (b) that it had actually been delivered after all. They told me my item was delivered and that they would assist if it wasn't, but it's not here and now they ignore my emails. I'm sorry, I'm not waiting forever for a delivery that isn't coming. I have absolutely had enough.

If these people were based in the UK I would have had the police involved by now. Clearly this company is a scam, no intention of communicating, no intention of delivering, no intention of refunding.

Stay well clear

Don't believe these positive reviews, they are clearly false.

Last time they emailed to say they would rectify if my package wasn't delivered, I keep emailing them but they just won't respond at all.

A waste of time and money, don't fall into the same trap. Spend your money elsewhere.

When things go wrong you may eventually get a response email from somebody called Anne. I can't be sure but I don't believe that this is an actual person, just a name they use for dealing with complaints. I can't imagine a real person ignoring you and refusing to communicate when they've previously promised to assist.

It's all fake from top to bottom. Save yourself the grief.

Ordered a 5 pack of this spray around Black Friday last year, hoping it would be a better alternative to ‘Veet’ & other brands in the UK.

The spray that arrived was completely different to that advertised, even including the type of sprayer for the product. The result? It didn’t work, having tried multiple times not a single hair removed.

I reached out to their team on IG to query the above but still no response months later.

BEWARE -Customs Tax additional charges!
I've seen others with the same problem with the same supplier. Read further below as the reason is set out clearly(*)

Order value was £111.00 inc delivery. Expensive but it was a present for someone.

However, the Customs charge on top was £50.58. I declined to pay this which basically makes the already expensive item well over the top expensive!
I didn't pay the Customs Tax charge and it got sent back to the supplier and I emailed Superior Mane.
They took their time getting back.

Also after a bit of investigation and a discussion with Parcel Force, apparently if the value of the items is overstated this puts it into a different category that attracts Customs Tax (eg if stated as over the value of £125.00).,

I've been emailing Superior Mane (also known as Mane) about this problem, setting out the issue and clarifying that the fault lies with the fact that they, or their carrier, has clearly overstated the items value one way or another.

(*) The women at the Parcel Force depot said that this was a really common problem - with items coming in from the USA often via a carrier in the EU, because they usually overstate the items actual value itself OR they have included the P&P cost on top too (in my case P&P was already paid!). This happens when they, or their carrier, fill out the import Declaration Form (so fill it out incorrectly and effectively causing this problem).

I have asked for a full refund. Am waiting to hear back and will update once I do.

They are scammers.

I ordered my product 2 months ago and did not recive it.
Customer support does not help. Please do not buy from them!!

I ordered Mane for €65, only to be hit with an unexpected €45 in customs and postal charges when it arrived in Europe. That’s nearly double the original price! On top of that, it’s been a month, and I still haven’t received the product.

For reference, I’m currently in Madrid and still waiting. I’ll update this review after trying the product, but for now, I strongly advise European buyers to be aware of these extra costs and long delays before placing an order.

In the very first place, right after placing my order without the website taking the discount coupon that I was offered, I was shown a promo which was automatically confirmed right upon clicking on it without requesting once again my credit card information or an order confirmation from me, your client. I only wanted to check and see if now that I bought from Superior Mane, I had access to better prices or promotions rather than adding another item to my order. When I wrote to you email on this incident, I was replied I could just and only ship it back. Even when if I reported this complementary order in less than 5 minutes and requested a cancellation, it was a Root Activator Spray (which represented me $30 usd more).

OK, I sucked it up and was still looking forward to receiving my products. I placed my order as you can see in the information below, on December 3. I got an email showing it was shipped through DHL. After over a month, I was still waiting for it and kept on tracking it through DHL website, with not much luck.

I’m a very busy person due to work, but on January 23, I went up to my nearest DHL branch asking for my package only to find out, and to my surprise, that the package was not being delivered by DHL, neither was it delivered to my home, but it was handled through the national Postal Service! It was never to be home delivered.

So I went up to my nearest post office over in the next town only to be informed it had already been shipped back! I did not get a call, email, or note that my package had been sitting at the post office since January 3.
