I don’t usually leave reviews, but Supermade honestly surprised me.
The quality is way better than I expected. The fabric feels heavy and premium, not that cheap thin material. The fit is exactly that relaxed street style I was looking for. Shipping took about 10 days to the US and everything arrived in perfect condition.
You can tell this brand actually cares about design and details. I’ve already placed my second order.
Definitely recommend if you’re into real streetwear.

This is a follow up from my review of 05.02.26.
I am updating my review because the situation is still unresolved.
I returned an item that was incorrectly described on the website as “one size,” but the hat received was clearly labelled Medium (56–58 cm). Under the company’s own return policy, returns caused by their mistake should have all costs covered, including return postage.
Although the company refunded the cost of the hat and the original delivery fee, they have repeatedly refused to reimburse the return postage, despite the return being due to their own error. After posting my review, they offered me a $20 discount code instead of refunding the actual cost I am owed. I no longer trust the company and will not be making further purchases, so the discount is of no use.
In my experience, this company does not uphold its stated return policy when the error is on their side, and customers may find it difficult to recover costs they are genuinely entitled to. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
