Total scam - not a reputable company.
I bought two pants of this company. They arrived quickly. One XL jeans fit perfectly, the other was 2 inches smaller and I couldnt even do them up. I asked to return the pants that were smaller, for replacement or refund. I was told they couldnt replace them as they had little stock left. Oddly they had them on their website weeks later. I was told if I wanted to post back for refund that I would have to send EMS express mail, the most expensive service possible, and would have to pay tax when they arrived back in Hong Kong. Funny they as they make it look like they are in the USA. After much haggling they offered a partical discount and that I could keep the pants that didnt fit. I accepted and thought that would be it. Not at all. They then sent a link making me go through the refund request again on their website. I got an email back asking if I wanted to return them. I explained how they had offered me a partial refund in an email. I have never heard from them since. A total scam out of China. To make matters worse Afterpay would not even get involved. Says a lot. I guess as the collect fees from the sellers for their service and nothing from the customer, we are nothing. Beware The SuperMade. They are Super Bad.

Worst company ever
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had ordered a jacket from supermade and wanted to return it. Unprepared for what then would follow, I emailed in, as per their return policy. Despite them explicitly stating on their website that customers would be able to return items, I was told that I was in fact not going to be able return it. Instead, I was to be given either a 20 dollar discount for my next order, or 15 dollars back without having to return the item. I opted for the discount first, however, instead of issuing me a valid discount code, the supermade simply forwarded me my order number. Unsurprisingly, this didn't work as a discount code. When I informed the supermade, they said that I should "copy and paste it", clearly assuming I was too thick to enter an eleven-digit-code. Their next instructions were "refresh the page" and "try entering it on a different device". As these tips were supremely unhelpful, I asked to be given 15 dollars, as they had suggested previously. However, this request was ignored.

Be careful, this is a scam company. I booked a hotel reservation in the Dominican Republic, and they gave me a very cheap price for my two children, my husband, and myself. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me I had to pay for one of the children because the Super.com reservation showed that I had a child who was 0 years old. I called the company, and they didn't help me. They offer deals, but when you try to take advantage of them, you realize they weren't properly advertised. They deceive you just to make a sale. Please be very careful. Do not use this platform.
