Have just started taking these magnesium from swallow, liked the idea of it being 4 different types of magnesium. I’ve only being taking them for a week, a few hours before bedtime and feel more relaxed when going to bed and now nodding off again easier after waking during night. Felt price was decent and delivery was good too.

Early days, however a noticeable improvement
I have taken supplements for over 40 years. During the last year, I have taken a turmeric blend to help reduce inflammation and joint ache - back and hips. After giving the supplements a good go, it was hard to gauge any noticeable improvement. I researched what supplements may help my condition. This led me to Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM. Then I looked for the best company. I have been taking Swallow's Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM for just over two weeks. My back feels a little more fluid, getting out of bed a little easier. These feelings are also observed by my osteopath, who has said that my joints are moving a little easier. Early days, however, I am hopeful that my condition continues to ease.

Been on these a month now and at first? nothing.
However, now I can say yes there's a difference my legs don't ache anymore and im awaiting new knees.
