They offer wide range of sweets which you cannot get from the supermarkets or corner shops(f.e German sweets).
And their prices are unbeatable even comparing to Amazon or eBay. Delivery is quite fast but they should consider delivering to parcel lockers like InPost.

Had a minor problem but all was sorted in the end.

Good range and prices, but box came extremely damaged with several items either missing or broken. Customer service was not very helpful when I sent proof of this. Quite frustrating in that regard, even if this was purely an error from the delivery service.

First time ordering found them through Google when looking for some haribo turtles for my brother. Came very well packaged in a cute little box which is perfect with them being a gift. Claire updated me with delivery received them today. I will be ordering them again

I ordered some Chocolate Football sweets from The Sweet Box as party bag fillers as my son was having a football-themed birthday party. There wasn't quite the amount that I wanted to purchase available in stock at the time so I put a note on my first order to please let me know when more became available. Kerrie from The Sweet Box took the time to e-mail my personally to let me know once more had arrived in stock so that I could quickly go onto the website and purchase the additional items I needed. The sweets arrived well-packaged and in a timely manner, my son was delighted with them! We were even sent an extra packet free of charge. Great product and absolutely fantastic custoner service! Would definitely recommend this seller and will be buying from them again.

An excellent seller, the sweets in a jar were just what I wanted. I asked if it could be delivered quickly so I could give the jar as a gift and it arrived in plenty of time.

Order quite regularly from the sweet box and I'm happy every time I do.

Purchased some sweets for Christmas gifts and everything arrived okay (box was a little crushed but that's the post office for you). They have not been eaten yet so cant common on the taste yet but they look good.

Ordered a few different items as stocking fillers for the children. Had a polite email letting me know one item was out of stock- no problem. When my parcel came, two other products were incorrect and not as ordered. Four inexpensive sweets were past their best before date. I emailed to pass on feedback over the weekend and haven't had a reply as yet (though perhaps they've been busy). The unfortunate combination of issues would put me off ordering again. The website itself was easy to use and initial communication with staff was good so it's a shame.

I have just started to use this company and I have to say the sweets are amazing, but the customer services were 100%. I had a small issue that needed sorting and Kerrie went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. I will definitely be using them again. I will also be recommending this company.

The goods all met my expectations, although the Harry Potter sweets were a little smaller than I expected. Unfortunately Royal Mail let The Sweet Box down by delivering a damaged box. Kerrie was quick to respond and replacements sent by return. Excellent service.

Ordered 4 kg of the christmas themed sweets to go in christmas bags for Orphanages, purchased these as the advertised picture had chocolate coins and jazzy stars. Received 4 bags not one had a star or coin. Look nothing like the mix displayed on the site.

The sweets were not in stock with my normal seller so ordered from here (different brand). These sweets tasted sweet and boxy - hardly any cola flavour at all - and after a week in a sealed jar they had all stuck together. Binned.
