Very bad service , I order watch and paid got the email updated status and it’s never come . They keep said because of clearance custom from EU take time 7-9 days and plus weekend . But even though after that no more respond WhatApp and no more any updated

This company is a fraud and they're scammers i placed two orders with them before over a year ago they were going by a different name then and it's the same pattern fake tracking numbers, saying the merchandise was delivered and it never was saying check with your local postal service who knows nothing about the tracking number which wasn't valid it's a total scam don't waste your time or money they're now using swisswatch gallery. They're ads pop up on Facebook and Instagram all the time.

Complete bunch of thieves I ordered several watches and paid for them more fool me. They don’t answer emails and I have no watches. DONt BUY ANYTHINg from them SVAMMERS

I made an order on September 2024. Today, December 7th, after several emails where they ask to be patient, they sent me back the same email with the same traking number expired. SWISS WATCH

An intrusive breach of privacy after simply visiting their site. Despite repeated requests to cease and desist, on it goes every couple of days!! Not a good advert for them or their product. AVOID at AL L costs.

Ordered a Mission on Earth - Lava watch on line from Swiss Watch Gallery on the 14th October 2024, today its 15th November 2024 and still no watch. the free tracking service confirms that watch has arrived in South Africa, has been cleared by customs on the 11th November 2024. However, to date still no sight of watch. tried to contact the supplier, courier and even, I had selected DHL to handle the courier service for delivery. DHL no nothing about the parcel, SA Postal Service, know nothing about the parcel. I'm starting to feel that i've been scammed.

Please please do not buy from this Company!! They have scammed me and never delivered any orders!! They are very smart as they have a free tracking shipment link which will eventually confirm goods have been delivered but they never deliver! I have contacted them …25 emails later! They will reply with the same auto bullshit replies… ‘check with your local post office’ or ‘sorry we will resend order’!!
I am ashamed that I ordered 8 watches from them since last June at different times and none of them have been delivered! I have requested proof of deliveries and full refund and they have not responded!!

I ordered 2 a Omega cheaper watches and my original order was probably in June 2024 approx and then nothing turned up in July.The supposed freight said arrived but no sign of anything and all I have been getting was the same freight advice again and again.It says it has been sent again but obviously not so much later.
It comes as avliblefrom Swiss Watch Co from their email and all you get is a copy if the last false advice again and again.
I have advised I am leaving bad reviews every day until I get what I ordered which I going to do.Not very good service at all.

Fraudsters been waiting 3 months now for watch same excuse all the time I am now getting intouch with right authorities to get a full refund do not touch this company

I placed an order with Swiss Watch Gallery three months ago (Order #81GQ8-R79E3OL), and despite numerous follow-ups via email, I have yet to receive my purchase. This level of service is unacceptable. The customer support has been unresponsive and has failed to provide any meaningful updates or resolution.

If this issue isn't resolved immediately with either the delivery of my order or a full refund, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through all available channels. I expected better from a company with your reputation. This experience has completely shattered my trust in your brand.

This is an update to the review below. I filed for a credit card chargeback and received my credit. The Swiss Gallery was trying to collect a custom fee on a returned counterfeit watch. Not going to happen in this lifetime. They also tried to say that an authorized dealer who inspected the watch had damaged the internal mechanisms of the watch when he inspected it. The dealer didn't even have to remove the watch backing to tell me it was a fake. Do not do business with these irreputable frauds.

Just took delivery of a counterfeit Breitling Super Ocean watch from The Swiss Gallery.com also known as Niche Notes Watches and Perfumes. I took it to a Breitling authorized dealer and they said it was a close counterfeit. The person at The Swiss Gallery told me the color was different because it came from another country besides the U.S. I called the corporate Breitling offices and they said all the watch colors are exactly the same with no variations from country to country. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. VERY DISHONEST. I will follow up with the return attempt.

I recently purchased a watch from this dealer, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Two weeks after making the purchase, I am still without a warranty card, despite numerous follow-ups with the dealer. The lack of timely and efficient service has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall purchase.

Initially, I was assured that the warranty card would be provided in a week's time, but obtaining it has been a constant struggle. Each time I reached out to the dealer, I was told they were waiting for the warranty card to be sent by Tag Heuer, the manufacturer. This delay has left me questioning the dealer's reliability and competence in handling transactions efficiently.

Furthermore, I made it clear to the dealer that I did not want to keep the watch without the warranty card. However, they insisted that they have a no-return policy and cannot refund my money, leaving me stuck with a product that does not have a warranty. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request is unacceptable and has ruined my perception of their customer service.

Overall, my experience with this watch dealer has been a complete letdown. I expected better service, especially when it comes to such a significant purchase. The absence of a warranty card and the dealer's refusal to provide a satisfactory solution have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
