I found the Roundtable meeting so useful and informative. Well chaired and great to share ideas, which were coming thick and fast! Thank you Talent Pool and all attendees.

The roundtable meetings are great for employers who want to discuss key early careers topics that matter to us in creating great opportunities for young people. It's great to hear the challenges other companies experience as well as overcome and great networking opportunities.
Kudos to Christos who chairs the meetings and keeps the topics relevant to us all.

Attended the Advert Qualify Workshop on-line with two of my collogues and the delivery was of a good standard. Freedom to ask questions and explore ideas. All advice given was digestible and easy to implement, started using the tips that same day :)
Thank you Abigail C

The team at the talent people really supported us as a business to introduce a new strengths based approach to our apprentice recruitment, they had a genuine interest in our organisation and what we were trying to achieve.
We were consulted at every stage, guided us through the process and kept us on track to deliver our aims.
The team are also a great source and knowledge in the early careers space and deliver some insightful and engaging round tables.

Christos and the wider team are absolutely fabulous! The monthly employer roundtables facilitate a fantastic way of networking and sharing best practices within the small community of Early Career recruitment professionals.
From keeping up-to-date with the ever-moving trends of Early Careers to having a safe space to discuss challenges and problems in the sector for all employers.
I would highly recommend anyone in the EC sector getting involved in these roundtables - it really doesn't matter how big or small your programs are or where you are in your Early Careers recruitment journey!

Christos and the team always run fantastic and topical roundtables for Employers. These are a fantastic way to connect with other employers, talk about issues and concerns in the market (and wider) and find ideas to 'borrow with pride' on what is working for others.
They are always excellently facilitated by Christos, who really creates a safe space where employers can talk openly and honestly about their experiences.
If you recruit Graduates and Apprentices, then you really need to get onto these sessions to make connections and stay up to date with the fast moving pace of EC recruitment and attraction!

TheTalentPeople are the authority on Early Careers, so I would recommend nowhere else to consult on how to hire in this field.
The roundtable is an excellent setting for those who are new to Early Careers as well as those who are more seasoned with the desire to discover new and innovative ideas.

TheTalentPeople run monthly virtual roundtable discussions to educate recruitment leaders on all things early careers.
I'd recommend any recruitment leader to sign up to a session to discuss challenges and opportunities facing early talent recruitment. Whether you're wondering how to start an apprenticeships programme or how to assess and onboard early talent, this is the place to find out how!
