Only placed one order so far, so can't comment on consistency, but great experience on this one. Ordered three days ago and already arrived despite shipping label estimating an arrival 5 days from now. Both products exactly as they should be. Definitely will buy again

I’ve ordered from this company several times and also from their sister company Synaptex unlimited. I’ve also ordered from other vendors and none compare to Theta Supply’s product or customer service. I got screwed over when I placed my order on 12/22 via usps priority express and it was delayed. Even though Theta supply wasn’t responsible for the delay I contacted them out of pure desperation and to my surprise they were more than willing to help. They made it right and even sent more product than I had initially ordered. To say that I was satisfied would be an understatement! From now on this will be my go to vendor! If you want top notch product and stellar customer service then this is the right company for you. I’m beyond grateful for Theta supply for correcting someone else’s mistake and they have my business!

This company is reliable, quick to respond, patient, and as long as youre able to read their policies correctly youre bound to have an experience that meets your expectations. These are people of their word. If its stated, that's what they're going to do! They also have an account section where you can track the status of your order!

Please never order from them again. There are better and more reliable options out there. For a while they had me fooled that they were a solid company even though it took them forever to reply to simple emails but for the most part my packages come on time. Now when something bad happens(my package is lost in the system) they will do absolutely nothing to help me. I’m telling you, find a new vendor before this happens to you because now I’m out $128. They just tell you to play middle man between them and the post office. That’s assuming they answer your emails at all. Be smarter than I was and realize at the first time of trouble(my first review) that this company has zero customer service and will not help you in any way.

Unequivocally the best. Synaptex Unlimited and or Theta Supply. They never gave up providing the utmost quality products, expedient free shipping, and flawless customer service in this industry.
