rip off

Ordered to sets for my sons paid £150 nothing ever got sent out and no reply to emails shocking company.

Never got refund

I generated a return for an item that appeared different to the colour I expected from the photo online. I received the return information and sent this within the allocated time period with proof of postage, however never received any further notification or the outstanding amount owed to me for the returned items. I tried to contact numerous times and never received any reply.

Appalling Customer Service Avoid!!

i ordered some shoes for eid on 29th May this year and after a month of waiting i decided to message them and ask wheres my order as it was said to be 2-3 days. fast forward 3 months ive been completely ignored and decided to ring my bank in which they issued me a refund would never shop here again AVOID!! plus most their clothing isnt even in stock they just take your money and ignore you

Avoid this company

Placed my order on 03/05, by the 11th the item still hadn't been shipped, so I emailed chasing this & it was shipped and delivered a few days later.

I asked for an exchange as the item didn't fit, the company agreed and sent me a return form. Luckily I tracked the return, which they received 9th July and I have had no contact from them whatsoever. I have sent emails with no response. No option but to file this with the bank now.

Please listen to the reviews and save yourself the hassle of ordering with this company.

A balanced review

I’ve been ordering from The Tech Club for a few years now and have always been happy with both the products and the service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very disappointing.

I placed an order on 14th June, and while the payment was taken immediately, the item still hasn’t been dispatched. What’s more frustrating is that none of my emails have been responded to.

It seems like something has gone seriously wrong within the business. This used to be a site I trusted, and it’s sad to see what’s happening, especially with the increasing number of negative reviews from other customers.

I genuinely hope it’s not the end for The Tech Club. If there’s an issue, I hope they can fix it and get things back on track as this was once a good business. But they do need to take responsibility, communicate with customers, and either fulfil outstanding orders or issue refunds. Come on lads!!!

Poor, poor “service”

We returned an item (Tech-Club sent at the beginning of June an adult size not the child size we ordered for our Grandson’s birthday present) by Royal Mail Tracked on 16 June. Emails sent subsequently but complete deafening silence, not even a substantive acknowledgement. Think this is appalling and given other reviews, is it time for Trading Standards? Or the Police to be honest.

Paid for next day delivery, never received any items or any response to any of my correspondence. Absolutely disgusting customer service - luckily got my money back through PayPal

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Failed to deliver the product then failed to communicate or fulfil the order. Took the order and monies with ease but failed to deliver. Dissatisfied to say the least, would never order from these again. Avoid in my opinion.

Would give 0 stars if I could
Placed an order on the 7th June with 2-3days shipping time. I have still not received my order 24 days later nor a refund. I have emailed three times and filled in the online contact form and not received any communication back. We go on holiday on Sunday and have a very disssppinted child that he will not receive his items for his holiday. Shocking service.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Wish I ad read the reviews myself before ordering. Spent over 200£ with this company in Nike items for my son. Delivery says 2-3 working days. I still have not received my order it’s been nearly 2 weeks. Want a number of emails and also sent enquiry through the online web page to get 0 response. Terrible company should not be allowed to trade

Scam would not recommend

I’ve been waiting for my order to come, it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and no response, now the email that you’re meant to contact is no longer available, this is a scam and it’s extremely unprofessional, I don’t even want the item I just want my refund. Please don’t buy anything from this website

Right I ordered from this company for…

Right I ordered from this company for my son’s birthday on a next day delivery. It didn’t come. However, what I did discover is that this company is ran be two lads. One of which has had a massive loss in his family the last week or so. When I did finally get in touch they went out their way to fix the situation. I will order again because sometimes being self employed is hard. And as long as company’s learn from their mistakes I’m all for second chances. I recieved my order today as promised. Thanks very much.
