Even after making the payment & sharing the screenshot of payment. Account is not getting TOP-UP. Nor anybody is responding to the calls or messages. Support number is also not connecting tried multiple times in different time slots as well. I have not seen any company whose support is unresponsive means once you become the customer you are on your own. Helpless you have to bear & get depend on their mood to answer calls or respond to messages. Since my number is distributed & I don't want to close this number I am helpless.
Kindly provide escalation matrix.

Finally, a phone system that just works. The mobile app is so reliable that I can use my desk number from anywhere, and my clients never know I'm not in the office. Totally changing for working remotely.
