Damaged packaging of product

Disappointed to receive a product that the original packaging had split and the attempted repair was poor. Parcel arrived with grout powder spilling out making a mess when opened.

Really pleasant

Met by a cheery lady who happy to help and confirmed it was a pick up order. Really nice atmosphere

A man brought my boards out and insisted he would load them up when I offered to help.

Overall, really good prices and a pleasant visit, albeit short and sweet
