Ordered a bracelet in the wrong size. They asked me kindly to send it back with me paying the return shipment.
More than 15 days have passed since they told me they've shipped the right size of the bracelet. They even gave me a tracking number of Deutsche Post but of course it doesn't function. I assume they also blocked my email since I'm not able to contact them anymore and all my emails to them turn back. I' ve lost my money and I recommend to don't buy from them anymore!
That's a pity, because the bracelet itself was very cool.

I sent the bracelet back and I am still waiting for an exchange. I have had to pay for postage to them, Countless emails and message have been sent, no direct answers.

Waiting over a month for a gift…
Waiting over a month for a gift supposed to arrive 4-5 days, contacted post, sent emails back and forth, still no parcel. The customer service is horrible, they refuse to help, refuse to refund you, and in a rather sarcastic tone will tell things like, it would "be nice if you would wait". Only use this site if you wish to have your money taken from you, bad customer service and to not receive your order.

aweful experience
Ordered a bracelet, wrong size (ordered the same size and length as I did with another company. This one is just way too small, sharp edges. Sent an email to them, no answer on the email. Reached out to the company to get this changed, basically came into a livechat where I was talking to a robot, nothing personal about the chat itself. Basically it says you can change it in another size, well they just told me it wasn't available, so the only option was a refund, just told me to send it back so they can refund it, it is very expensive so I litteraly just wasted money on no product, bad service

Great products, fast delivery
It is strange that a lot of people complain about the delay of the delivery. I ordered 2 bracelets and a necklace and they were delivered on Tuesday, so only 2 days later.
Dishonest
One of the worst ecommerce sites. I've been waiting for a very expensive order for over a month. And still nothing. Every response to my requests was very vague and sarcastic. I'm seriously considering taking legal action, it looks like a site scam.

The customer service asked me twice to reconfirm my address (I live in Canada) and then absolutely nothing (no answer, no refund, no new shipment).

Tom Hope Jet Black bracelet, BEWARE Dye leaking
Ordered a Tom Hope Jet black bracelet and the dye leaked horrifically when washing. it stained my arms and hands and even after a day of trying to wash it through excess dye still keeps oozing out. For the price you pay, it is an absolute joke. The only way i could get the dye off of the sink was with bleach. Shocking, awaiting a response email, which i am not optimistic about based on our last correspondence.

Hybrid 2 Royal , MUST HAVE
I purchased a Hybrid 2 Royal Blue Braclet off of their online store /website, for an international company (not in Australia) delivery was quick, the product itself, is a fantastic accessory , fits in wrist not too tightly but holds grip and does not wiggle of which is what I was hoping it wouldn’t , the product looks great and wasn’t overpriced, definitely a must have if wanting to look and feel good when going out with family or a night out with your friends or special one . Awesome product recommended to everyone

I ordered a traditional bracelet with material (not leather) cord. Unfortunately in real life it looks worse than on any photo I could find on the internet. You may even see the glue in places where the main cord is linked to an anchor by a thin thread.
What is more the whole package came to me in envelope. That caused the main decorative box with a bracelet to be dented. I understand that it is not companys' fault (rather blame is on the postal service). But I would rather put the decorative box with a bracelet inside a delivery box just to make sure it is delivered in good shape.
