Excellent customer service
I bought a replacement safety shroud for a drop-saw, an entry-level spray-gun and garnet, and in every case received expert advice and tips from friendly and knowledgeable staff in Oamaru. I'd like to make mention of the staff member, Des, who was a pleasure to work with, polite and helpful.

Great experience at tool shed Woolston
I recently visited the tool shed in Woolston to help a mate get power and hand tools for his apprenticeship and the staff at the Woolston store were really pleasant and helpful. We had Shannon helping us out, who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products he had on hand and also informed us of all the current promotional products on offer. He even hooked my mates kids up with a hat since they were in store with us. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to get new gear.

I have been waiting 10 days for a product to ship from being in stock in their warehouse in Hamilton to their Glenfield, Auckland store - a 2 hour drive by car. Still no news on my order after 10 days of waiting.
