AVOID THESE CROOKS. They have no intention of fulfilling your order or issuing a refund. They ignore emails and hang up on phone calls once you're onto them.

A shop that advertises products they do not stock. They took my money and have made excuse after excuse why they cannot refund me. In my opinion they are nothing more than thieves.

Well what can I say, ordered from Website, paid using worldpay, heard nothing despite numerous emails, phoned them after 5 days to see where my order was, there reply was they weren't sure but would find out and get back to me, they didn't, phoned again two days later and they informed me the price on the website was wrong so they wouldn't fulfill my order, i asked for a refund which they said would happen the next morning, two days later i phoned again asking the whereabouts of the refund was told by a very rude member of staff that it would take another 4 to 5 days to process, i said this really is poor service and just not good enough and he hung up. Phoned again managed to speak to a nice lady in accounts, she made the refund straight away. If you want good service I really wouldn't use this company.

Having spent the last twenty years spending tens of thousands at the tool store. I find it really sad that they can't honour a warranty and worse that they do not answer their emails complaints or return calls. I feel it's the tool store not the client who's always right. Still thats the joy of a competitive world I buy all my Festool and majors from nuts and bolts now for a better price with next day delivery...why get stressed? Remember if a fish stinks it stinks from the head.look at Isaac lordes that's a tool store!

amazing customer service, went on there website to look for a certain item but couldn't find it so i gave them a call. to my surprise they knew exactly what i was after and went away and a got a price and availability for me. no more than 15 minutes later they called back with the info and got it sent direct form there supplier to me for the following day. very impressed with the quickness and professionalism, will be using them for anything else i need in the future.

Despite the item what I've ordered was discontinued, they were able to offer a similar item (an even better one) and dispatched with a next day.
Very professional team, they knew what is the best tool for the job.

Ordered set of tools on website. A week later they had not been received so I called them. Was told that they couldn't get them but agreed on new set. Was told they would be in the following Monday and I would have them Wednesday. Called Friday to be told they don't know when they would get them so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. A week later I hadn't received the refund so called back. Was told refunds happen twice a month and it would be done the following Tuesday. Now Friday and I have just called as I haven't received a refund to be told that they wont be able to tell me if a refund has been issued until Tuesday when the accountant is back in. At no point has anyone called me to give me any kind of update or call back - what a bunch of cowboys. I am sure they would be fine if the items were in stock but my experience has been atrocious.

I've ordered an item from their website.
Not so later they've phoned me up, to ask to confirm the purchase (I moved so the delivery address was different from the one in bank database) so they've just confirmed, I own the card, and the package was sent out on the next day...
They were friendly and helpful, and I feel in safe if they have methods to check frauds.

As a local professional I quiet often need supplies, and tools for get the job done.
when I need something I've just phone up the guys, they give nice prices. Most of their items are on stock so if I need something urgently I can pop in and pick it up.
Their strongest line nowadays the power tools, I brought my Makita Drill, Bosch Hammer Drill, Festool Saw from them. All the times they were extremely helpful, and they know their products very well.
So, all the best for The Tool Store, I might pop in next week.
