Terrible

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Don't EVER order something from them. I bought a foldable e-bike from them via Decathlon. I have requested a return 4 weeks ago. They are the slowest with response, they don't read. I have a right on returning the item if it's not as expected. After one week I will get a reply offering me a compensation to keep the product. I HAVE BEEN VERY CLEAR SINCE THE BEGINNING THAT I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP THE PRODUCT.

Come with a solution and quick. I am so mad.
