Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, it is a scam. I placed an order in Oct. it is almost Jan. And I have not received my item or a refund. I have contacted their customer service several times and no one has responded. They do not have a phone number and you can not leave public messages on their social media.

Plz don’t trust this .. I bought family matching pairs in august 21 2023 and till to date they haven’t deliver…
Worst customer service … they never reply you .. and there is no way to contact them directly … Neither I have got my money back … never buy from them nor recommend anyone ..😡😡

RUN...fast

RUN! I'd give zero stars if I could. Total scam. They are not responding to any customer inquiries, and have removed their tel #. I placed 2 orders in June and August and received nothing, yet was charged. Initially they kept saying there is a delay with the warehouse, now they don't even reply. Really diaappointing. Take your business elsewhere.

This company is operating as a scam

This company is operating as a scam. They list items that they don't actually have any intention to sell. I made a purchase but after weeks of nothing I checked in and customer service keeps telling me there's been a warehouse delay. I've gotten that message for FOUR months now. They will only offer store credit, no refunds.. no fulfilling the order, but what good is store credit for a store that has no actual goods to sell? Every item I purchased is still listed on their website as currently in stock, so they are trying to trick more people into giving them money that they have zero intention of actually following through with. I've actually purchased from thetot previously and truly did used to think of highly of the site, but it changed in 2023, I think someone else has taken them over or they are preparing to be shut down, or they absolutely aren't the same business they used to be, something has changed. Steer clear, this place is not going to send whatever you order from them.

Placed order on Oct 1, 2023. Order confirmation received by email with promise of tracking number upon order fulfillment. No tracking information came. Credit card charged in full. I have reached out 6 times via their customer service website, each time receiving receipt confirmation and promise of response within ~3 business days. It has been nearly two months and no word from TheTot. No phone number listed on website and numbers found online are disconnected. Totally unacceptable and fraudulent. I have ordered from them in the past and really liked their pajama products. Never thought to check company status, but apparently there was reason to have done so. I filed a complaint with BBB.

They have gone under and are not…

They have gone under and are not fulfilling any orders or responding to any customer inquiries, but they are still accepting orders and taking payment. Don't buy from here. I ordered in August and my order was never shipped. Customer service didn't respond to my messages. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

They take your money

Please don’t order from this company.. my aunt recommended this place. My baby really needs a hat it’s cold outside. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. There’s no tracking number. Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Order a handful of pjs and baby clothes. After two months they canceled my order and I never received anything. They however sent me a 10 percent discount to use on future orders but who the heck is going to use that just to get your hopes up. Do not recommend ordering anything from here!

What has happened to The Tot???

I have been a customer of The Tot for several years now. I’ve purchased products for my kids, gifts and myself and even used their gift registry. That feature no longer exists, I can’t find it anywhere on their website anymore. I was disappointed with this service disappearing and not being notified but I placed an order in July based on my previous positive experiences. I am still waiting for this order. I reached out via email and was told they have an issue with the warehouse. I might need to cancel and request a refund. :( This is disappointing. The Tot was a favorite place to shop for safe kid’s products.

order placed in july

I placed an order on 7/31/23 - nothing has shipped, no order update, no responses from emails. They have their comments turned off on most instagram posts and only respond to positive reviews on here - probably fake reviews. Everyone needs to call their bank and have the charge reversed.

Before considering doing business with…

Before considering doing business with the Tot please read this.

Dear Future supplier or customer,

The Tot has had Dropship Access to our products and sold them on their website and has not paid their bills to our small family owned company.

We have in good faith dispatched $10,000 in products to their customers. We have made numerous attempts to collect payment and to date have not been paid.

There are many other reputable retailers in the marketplace - but I would avoid this one at all costs!

Very Disappointing Experience

Before placing my order, I should have thoroughly read through all the reviews. Unfortunately, my personal experience with their service has been far from satisfactory. The initial stages seemed promising enough – I promptly received a confirmation email shortly after making my purchase, followed by the issuance of a delivery tracking number a few days later. However, the trouble began when this tracking number proved futile, failing to yield any information whatsoever.

Seeking clarity, I reached out via email to inquire about the situation. To their credit, they responded within an hour, attributing the issue to a technical glitch and assuring me that the tracking details would become available within the upcoming days. Regrettably, this did not come to pass; despite the elapsed time, I remained unable to access any updates about my order. Moreover, my follow-up inquiry email garnered no response at all, leaving me both frustrated and bewildered.

At this juncture, my patience has worn thin. I now find myself in a situation where I'm left contemplating how best to proceed, especially concerning the potential refund process. My frustration aside, I'm eager to ascertain the steps necessary for initiating a refund, as this ordeal has left me with little faith in the overall handling of my order.
In retrospect, I wish I had taken heed of the reviews and exercised caution before making my purchase.

I ordered an $80 baby mat from a gift…

I ordered an $80 baby mat from a gift registry. It was marked as complete weeks ago but tracking states Label created, never received. Literally NO customer service with this company. They have no phone number and the email responses are automated with no help or information. I wish I could give them zero stars.

No notification of order received

I ordered something today and never have received notification of the order. I have never had this happen with any company. If they are this bad in communication on the front end, I can’t imagine what it will be like if there are any problems. I am going to cancel my order and notify the credit card company since I see others with so many problems.

Novi with customer service was so…

Novi with customer service was so helpful with my order. It’s running late due to nothing the company can control and we are in the middle of moving. I didn’t know if I should change my shipping address so I reached out. Novi responded in a timely manner and although the shipment date could not be determined, I was able to change my address and was also given 10% off of my order. Very pleased with customer service and The Tot!
