Dear Kirsten,
I am sorry to hear that you have not received your cards. These were posted on 24th April, but I suspect the shipment has been rejected by Customs.
The additional paperwork required following Brexit is the same for all EU countries, but for some reason is often refused by Irish Customs and no reason is ever given to us.
I have issued a full refund to your Paypal account and will sadly remove the Republic of Ireland from the list of destinations going forward.

Thank you for getting in touch.
Your cards were sent on 23/11 but only entered the Royal Mail system on 26/11 due to the ongoing strikes. Unfortunately, RM are once more on strike today and tomorrow, so I expect the package will be delivered once the backlog is cleared and hopefully before the next round of strikes on the 9th and 10th of December.
Let me know if that is not the case and please accept my apologies for the delay, though I believe it is due to circumstances out of our control.
