I am happy with the service with Esteban. not as much with company. I found that Sunrise Airways are too expensive in the price. However, Esteban had help me make my decision on Sunrise Airways. For example, it had help me with the price and told me. I can find other days for more reasonable price. Also, he took him 2 days to work with me and very patient, understood my needs.

Following my initial review further down the page where I was told to email and they would look at my case - no one has been in contact and the when you ring their number it goes off. Emailed in with no response and sent contacted via WhatsApp
Also. Absolute ridiculous losing £358 here.

Hazel spent over an hour assisting me with a change in my flight from Toronto to LAX for 6 July.

She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service and was able to action all seat, baggage and flight requests and find the best and most cost effective solutions for me.

Aiden was amazing and very helpful

initially had a horrible experience with travelmakers support because I kept getting transferred from one call center to another without getting any real help. However, once I got Aiden on the phone, everything changed. He made the entire cancellation process quick and easy, and I did not have to pay any cancellation fee. Aiden was respectful, understanding, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the call. I truly appreciate the great customer service he provided and the way he handled my situation so efficiently.

Rodney in NY was able to cancel one of my reservation with refund of $355.12 that will be deposit to the card that made payment it will take 5-7day. I’m happy :)
