Great communication, calm and reassuring throughout the quite intensive process of applying for a Chinese visa.

The India visa was an absolute nightmare on line. Full of glitches and just impossible ( I am computer savvy and very capable of applying for visas) but this was impossible. Contacted the company and easily completed the application form. Photos were easy to upload. The agent who dealt with us asked for some different photos which were easily uploaded. Same agent contacted us throughout and visa arrived after a few days. Questions were answered quickly by e mail reply. Would recommend this company.

Having spent 3 hours trying to get the India Visa site to work, between crashes and losing data that had been input, I rang the Travel Visa company. After a few questions and answers I realised their experience was invaluable, and well worth their processing charge.

Struggling to upload picture tried for days no luck. Phoned travel company who advised visa company and it was all sorted in 2 days no hassle. I would recommend using this company don't stress out trying to do it yourself.
