Ordered a fornite backpack for my son on 8/18. Was given a fake tracking number. And fake site to track item. NOPE. I GOT SCAMMED!! SOMEONE SHOULD FIND AND OR TRACK THESE PEOPLE DOWN GET OUR MONEY BACK 🤬🤬🤬

Fraud!!!!! This is a proven scam! I contacted the business that occupies the address they list on their web site, and she said that business does not reside there and that she has received other complaints including one from over seas. I never received my purchase, their phone number is out of order and they don't return email.

Ordered a fortnite backpack 8-5-18. Its 12-6-18 and I still dont have it. I sent emails that went unanswered. DO NOT BUY/ORDER from this company!!!!

Ordered two fortnight backpacks and received nothing I ordered in August and it was confirmed from my credit card company they’re getting lots of complaints about this company

Don’t waste your money with this company. I spent too much money on a piece of crap backpack that lasted maybe 3 weeks. Took longer to actually receive it. Tried to reach them on fb and they’ve apparently blocked me.

I also got screwd, I have ordered a fortnite backpack for my boy 4 months ago, and have not heard anything back, the website is no longer..

I ordered a Fort Nite backpack on August 6th and never received ANYTHING. I repeatedly asked for a refund and the response I got was, "We do not give refunds when the item is still in transit"... When I tracked the packpack, it said an error message that the item was most likely lost or damaged. $27.99 currently being disputed with my bank! The most awful part is that my son is STILL so upset!

I ordered 2 fortnite bookbags on Aug 1 2018 I haven’t received anything. The number is disconnected!!!! I emailed a few times I got responses but nothing has been resolved!!!! IM SO MAD!!! I will be filing a dispute with my bank... They should get in trouble for Fraud!!!!

I ordered two backbags and both of them were broken at the first day. Scammers!!!! And the funniest thing is that these b*stards doesn't answer any of my mails, messenger messages, direct messages, any of them. Definately reporting these a**holes everywhere I can!!!!

Placed and order for a lunchbox and got a backpack. When I reached out to them they quickly said they would get the corrected item out to me. Months passed and I asked for a status on my order and now they ignore me. They don’t return my emails or messages on Facebook. The phone number on their website doesn’t work

Same as everyone one here...money taken out of my account a month ago with no product...no way to get ahold of anyone. I've tried reaching out the company 4 times with no response. I'm just going to file fraud charges with my bank. This place should be sued..TERRIBLE!! Save your money and time!

Ordered 2 fort nite hoodie’s and paid extra for express shipping, 2 weeks later nothing, I did email them and got an email that said they refunded my money and haven’t seen a refund yet! No explanation on why!!! I have 2 disappointed kids !

Ordered 2 Fortnite backpacks and 1 pencil pouch the 16th of August. After numerous messages I've only received shipping confirmation for the backpacks and no info at all about the pencil pouch still haven't received anything. For me this company shouldn't even exist.....
