So, like many have all ready commented, the Tripmakers advertise prices that don't exist. However, they did find me a flight for a few hundred more than was advertised which I was happy to pay for, as it at least it had a good flight duration

So I paid, they sent me the tickets, my seat was confirmed on the airlines website and everything looked hunky-dory.

No - A couple of days later the TripMakers contacted me to say the airline had cancelled my booking and that I needed to negotiate a new flight booking with them. Or in other words, they sold my seat to another customer for more money.

Look, the nonsense they gave me to why my seat was cancelled is laughable, but what isn't funny is that they have refused to refund a large portion of the money after my booking was cancelled.

You cannot trust these guys, they can cancel your booking at any time - do yourselves a favour and pay that little extra and book through Expedia or the airlines themselves, it will save you a lotta time, money and misery.

Booked via skyscanners. Got a call later saying that the flights I booked were no longer available. They tried to get me to buy alternative flights that were more expensive. Person on the line was rude & dismissive. Told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which I did not pay. Checked other websites & the flights they said were no longer available were there. Do not book with this company.

Lovely helpful travel agent, Uzair, got a good deal on return flight from Canada. First time used travel agency, usually book direct, but now definitely use them again.

Received a really good service from Uzair my travel agent at The Trip Makers travel agency. Such due diligence done to endure I was satisfied with what I had purchased. I felt reassured that he was going to get me the best that he could, much appreciated. Would certainly recommend them to others.

I've been searching for a return flight to Toronto - Canada next week for two adults and two kids. I was directed to The Trip Makers from another site pricenfly. I was really worried after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I went ahead and booked the flights, and received the e-ticket as promised within 24 hours. The payment was taken in two parts (The Trip Makers and Air Canada) as explained to me and provided them with my card details. The price was 800£ cheaper than the price I could find on the internet for 4 tickets. I would certainly recommend it. Special thanks to Ahmed, David, Jessica, and the team.

One of the negative reads, their ticket got canceled by The Trip Makers, and were told by the airline that the booking was a scam, if so you can easily make a charge back to their bank/card provider. Another one wrote they are scammers and your card details are stolen, these days, you would have to authorize through the app or via OTP code, if you have been scammed, of course, you can get your money back from the bank.

I would certainly recommend The Trip Makers.

We (4 adults) completed the return trip with Air Canada. No issues at all.

Ahmed was extremely helpful in accommodating our flights and ensured that the details were exchanged with us throughout the booking process. I would definitely recommend Ahmed to all if you are considering to book any flights in the future!

Was a great experience O’Neil was really helpful and professional Really good customer service .

I dealt with Harris at The Trip Makers and I had a very positive experience. Payment was taken in 2 parts as per their company policy as I was told by Harris and Yes it did take almost 24 hours for the e-ticket to come through but it definitely came through and I successfully travelled on that e-ticket. Overall a good experience.
