I waited 3 weeks for my order to come and when it did arrive, it was far too late and unfortunately the sizing was not the best for me either, when I got in contact to return for refund they strung me along for weeks and kept ignoring me. Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed.

Happy with the trousers - they’re a bit lighter in weight than I would have expected, but now having had them on a week, will definitely get a couple more pairs to use for work and outdoor leisure.

The quality of the trousers are not what was expected and put across in their videos and pictures.
10 emails later Iam still trying to get my money back even after sending their product back tracked.
Then being told they don't have them .Proof from royal mail with photo and GPS coordinates given .
You are told on their page full refund .
I had to pay to return and they still tried to offer me a credit or change of product .
Just wanted my money back.Still on going

Disappointing Experience – Had to Raise a Bank Dispute
Delivery overdue, no tracking, no proof of dispatch. Asked for a refund and was met with excuses and delay tactics instead of action. I’ve opened a bank dispute. Poor experience — wouldn’t recommend.

The lower leg is very small
The lower leg is very small, can’t fit my calves into them so ended up cutting the lower leg off, then they fit okay but quality is not what I expected but I do normally wear snickers, going to hem to use in the garden these but will be dropping off the other two pairs to charity
Maybe start making a loose fit version would be good

Very Pleased In The End
I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for my partner as a Christmas present, I hadn't read the reviews on here before ordering so was very nervous about what would turn up!! The package never arrived (EVRI's fault). I always got a response when I emailed TTC customer services and a new package was sent out. These were too small (I'd recommend sizing up) so were returned and a larger size sent out. These came quickly and even though it was a very late Christmas present he was very pleased with them. He is a builder and they have so far proved to be light weight but strong and comfortable with plenty of pockets.

No return slip with delivery then won’t exchange
They do not send you a return slip in the packaging & when you wish to exchange for a different size they say they will send you one out. They wait 30 days from delivery then tell you you are out of time no exchange

I bought some trousers for myself which were fine so bought a further 4 pairs, 2 for my daughter & 2 for my son. The 2 for my daughter were size small & were too tight so I emailed for an exchange & they said you can only exchange one set & within 30 days. They said they would send me a return slip as they don’t send them out. After the 30 days received email saying 30 days have gone no refund. I have two brand new trousers which are still in original packaging. Appalling service PLEASE DONT BUY

Second time of ordering from this company the quality and flexibility is fantastic my husband loves them and would recommend anyone to order these he has them in green grey and black he even has a fleece lined pair for winter and being waterproof is fantastic
