Would really like to thank Andy for explaining everything in very simple terms and am delighted things are moving well and i would highly recommend Unique to anyone interested in investing capital, the payment plan sent out leaves us in no doubt when payments are made so onwards and upwards.

We was so looked after with our investment with updates and have full trust within unique property investment.

I first invested in a Unique product 15 months ago, after taking my time and many conversations.

At no time did I feel under pressure. All my questions were answered and I even went to their new offices in Woodley.

Once making that decision I waited for my first payment and haven't looked back. They haven't missed a single payment in the last 15 months.

I've since signed up to 2 further projects and am likely invest more in the future.

I can't praise the team enough. They always have time you and make you feel as you are part of the extended team.

I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to Unique Group and look for and to more investments with them in the future when my funds allow.

When i first encountered The Unique Property Investment Group i immediately thought SCAM, don't go near it. However curiosity got the better of me and i accepted a call from Mae. She talked at length about the company and what i should expect from them and any investment i might make with them. Still a little sceptical she sent me emails explaining all i needed to know. After going backwards and forwards (after all it was a large sum of money) for a few weeks i decided to take the plunge. I waited with baited breath until the 29th and as Mae had promised the first payment dropped in. And then the second ....and so on. Mae stills calls or emails to make sure everything is as it should be. It is and i made a further two investments with them, a very happy client, thank you Unique.

Having been a landlord for the last 14 years, I enquired with Unique Property Group regarding their assisted living investment providing guaranteed returns of 25%. I was curious to see how this was possible, as I have never achieved this sort of return through the properties I let out. Following my enquiry, I received a reply from one of their investment advisors stating that I needed to sign a consent form if I would like to discuss the investment further. I reviewed this consent form and discovered I did not meet the requirements to invest as I am not a self-certified sophisticated investor, which the form clearly stated I needed to be. I raised these concerns with the advisor who said that the forms are required by the FCA but I didn’t actually need to meet the requirements to sign the form. This didn’t make sense to me and I have since contacted the FCA who have confirmed that the investment is an unregulated loan note agreement and the consent form is actually a waiver, waiving my rights to any financial protection if I were to invest with the company. My understanding from the FCA is that it is an unsecure loan with no protection. I would urge anyone considering the Unique Property Group to do their research as something does not seem right here, despite them saying that this is an ethical investment. Needless to say, I will not be investing.

I’ve just received my first payment from Unique Property Investment Group for the AL Investment, and it was paid on time as expected. The team's communication has been excellent throughout the process. They’re not overly pressurising when discussing investment products, which makes working with them feel comfortable and transparent. Hope to continue working with them for the long-term!

Had been contacted repeatedly (15.08.2024, 17.09.2024 and 3 days ago) they seem desperate for money! I’ve done the research and so many red flags.

You’d be mad to think this is real. Don’t be duped. Read widely, make informed decisions and remember if it sounds too good to be true…

I was driving in London yesterday and my passenger captured footage of the driver of their sign written orange Lamborghini H9UPG using his mobile phone while driving. I am waiting for them to forward the footage for consideration to be submitted to the police for prosecution.

Update: I now have the footage and four more working days during which it will be accepted as police evidence.

Reply: Every single employee represents your entire brand in public. One single employee's behaviour reflects your entire company's reputation particularly when the vehicle they are driving is sign written with your name and brand. So yes, you absolutely do deserve a one star review. Your company is fully accountable for the behaviour of each and every employee. You are jointly and severally liable for their behaviour.

I'm saddened by your response to this incident. You reported the review as defamatory, but it can't be defamatory if it's true. Trustpilot have rejected your complaint. You could have owned this by apologising with a promise to educate the employee about the importance of road safety and the danger of using mobile phones when driving. I would then have been happy to take down the review and maybe decide not to submit the footage to the Metropolitan Police. I have since made contact through your website and my next step will be based on your response.

There are many other review sites. Perhaps you can suggest a better way forward?

Please Do your due diligence on this company. 6 days later, I’m still waiting on IT problem being rectified. Received this email on the 29th October. Looks like the thousands and thousands I’m owed is unlikely to be paid,

Dear customer,

I write again to update you on the monthly coupon amount that is over due to yourself.

We are experiencing an IT issue with the payment provider and we continue to work on resolving this situation. There are no issues with our operations and this is a third party payment provider that has caused the problems.

The firm of accountants of whom manage all the payments have had the vast majority of our customers paid and are still working on the remaining customers getting their payments.

We sincerely apologise for this situation and can only imagine how frustrated you are and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We will have this resolved over the next few days if not before and we will look at how we can show you our gratitude for being a Unique customer in dealing with this inconvenience.
