Just starting out on investing then I highly recommend The Unique Property Investment Group Ltd. Jake Spalding could not have been more helpful or accommodating, I called him on A Sunday because I had a question that could not wait until Monday he answered my call and answered my question to my satisfaction. I called and he was on holiday he answered again! That is wat I call beyond dedication. Thankyou Jake you have made my journey with 'TUPIG' a well informed and supported journey and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I was abit worried in the beginning, I did my research , spoke with Ben and there was no pressure to send the payment. The communication was brilliant. I invested in early March and so far have been rewarded with prompt returns at the due date. This is an excellent deal so far and thanks to Jake for reassuring me in the beginning. I am looking forward to further new deals when I have more funds available. Maybe we can have a support group for investors so we can reassure each other - just a thought !

As of 26/07/2025, UPG have gone into administration and I have lost a significant investment. Likely a scam from the get-go. Harvest as much investment from investors as possible, transfer those funds elsewhere where it is protected from recovery and enter into administration. Criminals and should face the full force of the law.

When I came across this investment opportunity I was quite nervous as there are a lot of scams out there. After many detailed conversations with Kelly, and my own research I took the plunge and invested. I have received my first payment on the date promised so I’m very happy. If such an investment existed, the owners would simply borrow the money from the bank and invest to get 20%.

Be warned, you will lose your money, this is not regulated by the FCA so you have no comeback.

Your money is being spent on cars and jollies to Dubai. Lewis Hall has no wealth, until recently was peddling R2R properties.

I kept 'iffing and butting' about this company so it took me a few months to actually get going. I thought Unique was just another scam that we hear about every day. I was totally reluctant to put my money into something that seemed too good to be true. But, I spoke to Carlie, my investment advisor, who reassured me that my money was going to be safe with Unique. I asked her question upon question which she answered confidently and even produced evidence of her responses. Because of this I went ahead and invested my money with Unique. They were true to their word. I have received my payments each month and on the date specified. I am so glad that I put my trust in Carlie and because of this, I hope to make further investments with Unique in the future.

As others have noted, when I first came across this investment, I was sceptical. A guaranteed 20% ROI per annum seemed far too good to be true. However, after sitting on it for a few weeks, and seeing a few more positive Trustpilot reviews, I decided to look up the company and explore further. I booked a call with Mae, who very helpfully explained the investment and how it all worked. She answered all my questions and satisfied me that this was a bona fide deal. Importantly, there was no hard sell, which would have made me run a mile. I went ahead with the investment and have no regrets - Mae has been very responsive to my queries and the first two payments have come in on time. Yes, there are 34 months to go, but I'm as confident as I can be that Unique will deliver on their promise. Assuming the payments keep coming in, I will definitely consider investing again.
