Too pushy for feedback

I did receive 2 emails asking for feedback while my order haven't been posted yet.

Received another couple reminders before I received my actual items.

Order come from China but as far as I looked on the website all is based in the UK and registration address is UK as well.

Item itself was "cheap quality" but price weren't. Would not order again.

Not happy with quality and business is too pushy for feedback.

Our sincere apologies for sending multiple feedbacks emails. It was our system issues and we didn’t realise until you told us that you received multiple emails before you received the product. Secondly we are UK based company but our warehouses and suppliers are based in different locations and dispatched from different locations. We do have items dispatched from UK and Europe and USA. It all depends on different items and different suppliers. due to this pandemic situation , our products delivery is being delayed and also we do have a shipping policy of 7-15 at the maximum. But your item was delivered much later due to this pandemic situation.

We will speak to our supplier for quality of the products and make sure the quality is not compromised. If my supplier don’t respond to us we will stop selling this product and remove it from our store.

We will take your feedback into serious consideration and will work on it.

Once again sorry for all the inconvenience caused by us.

Service was reasonable & responsive…

Service was reasonable & responsive when query was raised but the quality of the product was not as good as I expected for the cost if the item.

Very helpful customer service when my first choice of product was unavailable. The product arrived very quickly and was exactly as described - perfect!

Good service

Good service - very happy

I was surprised to get a call just minutes after placing my order - the rep was just checking that I was happy with the projected delivery date. As it was, the item was delivered far sooner than the date I was given. I would give 5 stars but the packaging could have been a bit better - the plastic box was a bit mishapen when it arrived as there was no bubble wrap around it, but it didn't really matter as the mug inside was fine.
