Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You can only contact them via email. They missed sending a game I purchased two of in two separate orders and they will not make it right. They keep sending me the same response email stating I didn't order two, but at the same time, have resent me both orders which show I did! I have yet to receive the second game and now have to buy something else to take its place at the family get together. Ridiculous! They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes, but will certainly take my money. I have warned you - buyer beware! They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau either which says a lot. My bad for not researching the company better. Games are fine, but pricey, however I now realize not worth the hassle for a company with bad customer service. They also send a ridiculous amount of emails on the daily - completely unnecessary.

Appalling

I placed an order on the 17/11/25. As of 18/12/25 I have still not received it. Twice I received emails with a tracking links. I’ve sent emails for two weeks now, trying to find out where my purchase is. I was given a warehouse phone number to call to check the parcel status. No-one was available to take my call and I am now waiting for a call back. I have also received up to three marketing emails per day promoting specials. Very aggressive marketing strategy and appalling customer service. Now I’m trying to get a refund, but no one will respond. Do not trust this company. i am in Australia.

I made a mistake on my order and was afraid I may lose it I contacted the company by email, and they were able to rectify my error. I was mighty relieved and so pleased with their response to my email, which was swift and very helpful. Thank you

Good customer service

I ordered two games at different times. The 2nd order arrived first and I thought the first might have been lost. I emailed, received a reply the next day. My 2nd order arrived the next day so there were no issues. Both games look great and I intend to spend time playing them with our grandkids (after Christmas of course)

Prompt attention in sending my second…

Prompt attention in sending my second Uzzle that was omitted from original order. I received it in excellent condition and was gifted with an additional puzzle. Great service! Love these puzzles and that they are geared for all ages. My new favorite puzzle site.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company! Puzzle ordered 14 Nov2025 - not received as yet. Supposed to be dispatched 8 December - still no further update. Don’t bother ringing the dispatcher- they don’t answer their phone and their voicemail box is “full” ! NO SURPRISES THERE! Sadly losing hope of receiving grandchild’s gift in time - just want to warn others

I feel ripped off.

I think it's going to be an OK puzzle, but I paid $64 for it, and have since seen the same thing on Ebay for less than half that. I feel totally ripped off, and won't buy from them again. I had no communication for about 3 weeks, just that it was in it's way. When I queried this, I did get a helpful response, and when the shipment was finally sent, delivery was prompt and the courier service (Global Express) updated the delivery timeline accurately.

My mistake

The game is loads of fun. I misunderstood the distribution of cards and thought that I had only received level 2 and 4. I sent an email complaining that this was a problem because I have a granddaughter that was struggling and I was disappointed not to have level 1. I very quickly received an email in response explaining that all 4 levels were included and when I actually shuffled through them…I saw all 4 levels. Duh on me🤦‍♀️. Their response was filled with grace and patience and eager to make it right if I truly didn’t have level 1.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 games $151 on Nov 17. Nothing sent. No tracking info despite three emails from Uzzle.com.au saying it was coming. Scam!!!

Not good enough Uzzle!

I placed my order on the 10th November as a birthday gift for my son. The website states fast and free delivery with orders received within 2 - 7 days, so I expected to have the game by my son’s birthday on the 24th November. My order wasn’t shipped until the 3rd of December, 21 days after receiving my order confirmation email. Terrible experience! If you are considering purchasing as a gift, make sure you won’t need it to arrive in under a month from purchasing, the “fast delivery” claim is false advertising.

My original order got lost somewhere in…

My original order got lost somewhere in transit. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours, they replied and a new order was quickly shipped. We’ve received the game and have had nothing but fun since then. It’s a great puzzle game with minimum set up and cleanup. My family and I usually play a quick game just after the dinner, dishes are put away.

Delivery delays

I ordered 2 Uzzle games on November 28 believing my order was being dispatched from Uzzle Australia. Since then I have had no response to several messages regarding delivery times. There has been no confirmation that the order has been sent. If you’re ordering and expecting a delivery within 2 weeks forget it!
