Does what all customers would want from a Vacuum Repair Centre. Repair carried out to my complete satisfaction.

Isn't it great when the level of service you expect is exceeded, Justin couldn't have been more helpful from the initial phone call to the point of collection.
The quality of his work, communication and timing was faultless and at a very reasonable cost for replacing the trigger switch on our V12 Dyson, all I can add is "thank you" Justin, I'll be back the next time we need a repair or spares.

The company repaired my hairdryer which was cutting out and therefore unusable. I found the service efficient and reasonably priced. I would use the company again and would recommend.

Took my Dyson hair dryer to Vacuum Wizard as it kept cutting out. They fixed the problem in a couple of days and it is now working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Yes I do realise it's my own fault for not reading the fine print, but the description page for this battery uses the words "GENUINE DYSON" 7 times. Yes seven!

Of course it's not, it's a Chinese copy. But really seven times? I can't be the first to have been deceived into foolishly buying one of their parts under these circumstances.

Although possibly legal, this is blatantly cynical, crafty word-play with only one deliberate and devious aim, and I'm embarrassed to admit it worked. Shame on them.

What a fabulous experience ordered a Dyson replacement battery yesterday arrived today cleaner working fine now thank you.

My wife's Dyson hair dryer had an intermittent electrical fault.
Rang the vacuum wizard, they were very helpful on the telephone, sent off the hair dryer, it was back within the week.
My wife is so pleased, so am I as I was about to buy a new one!

These guys make it worth purchasing a Dyson as Dyson's repair service is awful!!

Can’t speak highly enough of The Vacuum Wizard! Took my Dyson V8 to them as it wasn’t picking up properly, Jason had a quick look and suggested a couple of things it could be but to leave the machine with him and he would investigate further. The following day he rang with his diagnosis and talked through prices for the repair. We agreed on what needed to be done and the machine was ready for collection the following day. Such fantastic service, all done with a smile, so much better than the Dyson Help Desk. Would definitely recommend these Wizards.

Dyson hairdryer cable wasn't working. Repair turnaround was about ten days and excellent customer service. Much cheaper than Dyson who only offered a difficult return and tried to get me to spend £320 on a new one. Thank you

This has to be one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever made.

The website made it simple to find my Dyson spare part, and for clarity it’s an original part. On Dyson it was £50 more expensive than on Vacuum Wizard. With free next day delivery it was a bit of a win win.

I rang a few days before Christmas and Justin listened carefully to my problem and suggested I bought my stick Dyson to the workshop. He switched the machine on and thought that the motor needed checking. Later he rang to explain what could be done and I agreed to a new motor being put in. Within a few days the vacuum was ready for collection. It had been thoroughly checked and cleaned. I now have it home before Christmas and can clean before family arrive. The cost was reasonable and far cheaper than buying a new machine. The work was done so quickly. The Dyson Wizard is highly recommended .
