Fast delivery easy to contact resolve issues
Fast delivery shipped a partial order as didn't have everything we wanted in stock. Easy to contact through phone when this issue arrived and very polite issue resolved. Prior contact would have been good just to say some of the items are available right now and will be with you in a separate parcel would have been great, however I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Awful
I was sent a faulty product and my email requesting a refund or replacement was ignored. It wasn’t exactly a cheap item in the first place. Horrible customer service, will go somewhere else now.

Really fast delivery and once, when I received the incorrect flavour in my order, I advised them of the error on their web chat, and they immediately resent the correct flavour with a returns bag for the unopened incorrect flavour and also sent a complimentary disposable. First class customer service which has gained my loyalty!
