Sloppy stock control wastes my time and hangs up my money.

I ordered an item and paid for it. Soon after I received emails that the item was not in stock and that I would be refunded within 10 days. No apology though. There is no excuse for poor stock-level control these days. And why do I have to wait "up to 10 days" for a refund when it took them just a moment to take my money? Then to cap it all, they ask for an appraisal. Well, here's your appraisal!

Your parcel was sent out via 1st class delivery with Royal Mail, unfortunately sometimes items do go missing, which is why we asked you to log this with Royal Mail, you did not confirm with us that you have logged a complaint with RM, however as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded for the items. I am not sure what else I could do for you, this certainly did not deserve a 1 star review.

I had no idea about using a vape and…

I had no idea about using a vape and called this company in complete ignorance. Being a heavy smoker this is a new venture for me. I was given the most helpful advice with what device to choose, how to use it, how to order it etc. It arrived yesterday and, although I haven't started using it, it came with the wonderfully handwritten instructions from the sender. I will follow them very soon. Just so grateful for all the help I was given.

Hi everyone, I ordered an xl pod and I was confused as to why I had to track my order through an app called “Shop” so I was worried my item wouldn’t arrive after 4 days I emailed and it came after I emailed 🤦🏼‍♂️, so I sent one back to let the guys know I received it! They contacted me back not long after. GREAT customer service and will be recommending. It’s hard to get items these guys sell (xl pods, tanks etc) and it does in fact arrive at your door. Thank you vape lounge.

I ordered something

I ordered something, then they refunded me the cost (minus the postage)
I asked why and they said they didn’t have it stock, why is it on the website?
So I’m 3 quid down…

As I mentioned in reply to your email I apologised for the item not being in stock, unfortunately this happens from time to time. I also apologised for the mistake with the refund, and I will address it as soon as possible, due to me being away for a few days I don't have access to the system. Again I am sorry that you might have to be patient and bear with us to sort your £3 out, it will be repaid, I am not in business to steal money from people.

Faulty products and when contacting…

Faulty products and when contacting them they say there is nothing they can do. Dont waste your money! Pod leaks! Very bad/slow customer service!
