Highly recommend! Authentic products with great customer service
I have made several purchases from The Vault, they have never failed to deliver authentic products with a great customer service. I have every confidence that, when I order something, it arrives securely packaged, always matches the description and is a genuine product. Definitely recommend! I couldn’t get the trainers my son wanted in the Uk found them on the vault website. Ordered between Christmas and new year so shipping probably took about 3 weeks but was fully updated with tracking along the way. Came in perfect condition and I’ve got one very happy son

Charged credit card and after they canceled my order, was not provided full refund.
Charged credit card for confirmed purchase. The vault canceled my order later that day after confirmation. The Vault Company failed to communicate as to why my order was canceled. I was also not provided full refund after they canceled my order.
