Definitely worth a visit.
Just completed a fabulous Yoga/Tai Chi retreat at the Vedanta and it was superb. Wonderful food, great accommodation, beautiful grounds and ever so friendly staff. We were warm, comfortable and so well looked after throughout I would definitely recommend a visit.
The menu was 1st class and so well prepared it was a pleasure eating there.
I hope this is not my last visit

I've just returned from The Vedanta…
I've just returned from The Vedanta following a retreat. As soon as you drive up the driveway and see the majestic Elizabethan Manor House you know you'll be in for something special. My stay there has been absolutely blissful, we were all taken care of with such attention and kindness. The food was nutritious and so tasty served by the joyous and friendly staff. The whole place is absolutely spotless, furnished with the utmost attention to comfort yet aesthetically beautiful and there's a sense of absolute calm as everyone happily floats around. There's a swimming pool, gym, games room, sauna, stunning views over the wonderful gardens, gorgeous bedrooms with the loveliest bed linen and everything you could possibly need or want for a total escape from the outside world. I didn't want to leave, and I miss being there already. The Vedanta is a building that smothers you in peace and a love that you take from there that's really quite magical. Thank you all, I'm so very grateful.
