Fantastic service. Food amazing quality and quick efficient service

Outstanding value, products and service. All I’d say is that it’s not easy - or I haven’t found it easy - to negotiate the website for what I’ve wanted.

Veeno were easy to use with great customer service. Very good value for money - generous portions of ham and cheese alongside the wine. Everything was really tasty, we’ve already recommended them to some family and friends!

Gorgeous wines and the wine tasting kit was just amazing! So fresh and just like being in our favourite Veeno! Delivered promptly and safely, just perfect! Can’t wait to order again.

Great Wine Tasting done virtually! Really enjoyed the informal approach given and mostly Wines which tasted amazing. Would recommend 100% for working socials, birthday present...or just to enjoy an amazing experience.

We chose a Veeno wine tasting for a Valentines treat. We were delighted with it - interesting wines with a good description and plenty of very tasty cheese, meats and snacks to make an accompanying meal (we added our own fresh bread)

Having been unable to use a wine tasting experience purchased as a gift due to lockdown restrictions, the fabulous people at Veeno converted it to a wine purchase from their excellent online store, kindly waived the small shortfall, and delivered promptly for free. Having enjoyed sampling the wines at Veeno in the past I am sure they will be as good as the service from this excellent company. I recommend anyone missing out on their favourite tipple to get online and order and support a great business at the same time

what a disappointment booked and paid for Wine tasting experience with Veeno Bars, not an easy process however after too much time wasted on line, phone and email I got a delivery date Dec 5th the delivery did not arrive, I was able to contact the Seller who advise they do not deliver on the weekend nor did they offer any apologies. I then received an email the next working day putting the blame on delivery company (parcel force). I was told (not offered) a refund via the booking agent will be coming (will wait and see) Very disappointing experience overall and I will advise potential customers to be aware before spending their money with Veenobars directly or via 3rd party.
It was supposed to be a birthday treat for my wife in place of a trip to Italy which we had to cancel due to Covid-19.

Great customer service. Had a voucher for wine tasting, Veeno extended the expiry date twice for me because of the covid situation. Phone calls from very helpful staff to discuss. They offered wine to the value of the voucher if I preferred - did this, wasn't charged for postage. Expected wine this week, not arrived, just had a phone call from Veeno Manchester - wine broken in transit, many apologies sending out another shipment. In these days where everything seems that little bit more of a hurdle, Veeno have been absolutely fantastic. They've called and emailed to keep me informed. Well done Veeno - their wines, food and tasting experience are fab too.
