Awful! They have taken my money for an order on 8th december, no goods received at all and it’s now 27th December. No communication at all. Emailed to ask where my goods are and no reply. Need a refund asap and so frustrated. This was supposed to be Christmas presents for friends and I have been robbed.
I have yet to receive my order that i placed a week and a half ago in order to leave plenty of time before Christmas. The order i purchased was for my wife for Christmas which looks like now I won't get it before then, I've emailed them to gage where my delivery is with no response.I get the fact that there is a shortage of workers but a simple email to let me know what's happening would have resolved the issue. Extremely disappointing.
