Really enjoy the massive range of items. Its nice to have such a huge choice. I remember the 90's when it was make your own or go hungry!
I also get the vegan kind lifestyle box each month, this has been wonderful. I have tried things I wouldn't normally buy. I have been having these for a good few years now and still they surprise me with content.

I've used Vegan Kind Supermarket 4 or 5 times and have always found their service excellent and friendly. DPD have always been excellent with their delivery.

Great range and some really nice products so full credit in that regards.
Less favourable is the ethics around partnership with Brewdog, given their incredibly poor track record with staff treatment, recent dishonest export procedures and misleading advertising such as the 'gold can' competition. This collaboration is about cashing in with an unethical company.
Also disappointed that they are so proactive in pushing events such as Black Friday when it's encouraging over consumption, despite this clearly being at odds with why so many people are Vegan. With this in mind you are not necessarily doing the right thing by backing an independent business.

I can’t believe I’m writing a second review on the same day!! However I’m delighted to revoke my last 1 star review to a 5 Star & a 10 star for an excellent after sales result. No fault of the company or it’s products, a DPD poor service meant my order was stolen in broad daylight by leaving the delivery box in main sight on a busy street, needed an instruction to knock next door neighbour! No brains. However Vegankind we’re left out of pocket, they under no obligation thankfully covered the stolen goods and resent my birthday gift box! Words cannot express the absolute gratitude & delight on all concerned!! It has been a long day sorting this! But DPD need to take responsibility for their poor uneducated poorly trained drivers!!! NO stars whatsoever for them! Maybe 1 for turning up!🤷‍♀️

Have ordered from The Vegan supermarket several times now and always been really happy with the delivery, packaging and items I’ve ordered. They have a great selection on their website and found it invaluable during lockdown!

Really enjoyed the selection of produce. Always good to find another vegan super market. Lovely people and place would definitely recommend.

I have only ordered from here a few times however I have never had any issues.
Great place to source harder to find items that you can't find in regular supermarkets.
The only disappointment is that the items that I can find in supermarkets tend to be much more expensive here and so I buy elsewhere. Shame but such is life.

Wrote a review for each of my products purchased at tvk, through feefo. Checked tvk website - all my 5 star rated reviews were published and non of my 1 or 2 star reviews were published! Even though they were polite, helpful and honest. (Basically no reason not to publish them).

They only post the good reviews 98% of the time. This is what lead me to buy a few bad products, because not publishing any of the bad reviews gives a misleading impression of the product. I feel this is very dishonest of tvks. Stop trying to sensor people’s honest opinions. They are intentionally misleading people sell more. 👎

Do not purchase from this website!!! The order does not arrive the following day as promised. You then have to chase on numerous occasions for the order you have not received!!! Then when they eventually accept ... only once challenged with your credit provided... they attempt to re deliver and inform you the majority of your order is now not available!! Then when you email and challenged them .. they really don’t care ! So my advice is use a more caring and customer centric supplier ... because they don’t stand for the values they promote !!

I order regularly from The Vegan Kind. Their products are of very good quality and sometimes even cheaper than my supermarket!!! I have never received broken jars and chilled products are always are the correct temperature. The team really cares about their customers. Highly recommend.

Excellent website and service. I placed my first order recently and my order was dispatched quickly and I received it a couple of days later.
The items arrived in perfect condition as the packaging was secure. I am really pleased with the selection of products available and it makes it a lot easier to purchase vegan products. I highly recommend and I will be placing more orders in future :)

We’ve had a few deliveries from them now, and all have been delivered promptly with exactly what we ordered. It’s particularly good how everything is kept cold with the large ice packs. It’s so nice to get treats we love in these times!

I am over the moon with my first order that arrived this morning. This applies to the choice of products, quality, service and delivery. I cannot fault this Company and will certainly be ordering again in future.

It’s actually a really good plant-based online resource, I will overlook the ubiquitous palm oil and other undesirable ingredients in some of the listed products they sell (love how you can check out the listed ingredients on products to discern whether to purchase them or not keeps this company credentials truly authentic and transparent).

I was also a bit disappointed to find it didn’t include the freebie product as specified on the website when you spent the qualifying amount for Free Delivery 📦 - I was really looking to be pleasantly surprised. It’s Christmas 🎄 after all.

All in all I can’t really fault the service they provide as it’s quick, efficient and very convenient, many thanks.

Love the supermarket, buy once a month and just put a order in today as they sell vegan hot dogs. - always quick delivery. And they sell vegan donuts on Wednesday and they quickly sell out.

Decided to buy a few seitan pieces to try. Fast delivery and items were delish! Will definitely buy again as they have good offers on and long shelf life dates

We order weekly and are glad that finally there is a place that sells all things vegan and offers a great choice.Next day delivery and a great loyalty scheme make it even more attractive and appealing. They are open to product suggestion too. I have noticed that they seem to have some packaging issues at times - broken yogurt pots and ready meal pots - and nothing has been done so far to rectify this, but I have always been offered a refund for the damaged items. TVK is still in its infancy and have recently expanded on a large scale...I just hope this doesn't mean they have started to put quantity before quality.

Very, very disappointing first experience with Vegan Kind. I did not receive my delivery and was given no compensation. Your food order will be destroyed if so whatever reason you don't receive it. There was extenuating circumstances to the non delivery and they would rather quote t&cs than gain a loyal customer.

I hate to give my money to larger companies when there are independent companies, but my advice would be to get stuff from a local shop or supermarket instead if you want to feel valued

Loveeee this online store. I found there supermarket after using their subscription box service. So nice to shop somewhere you know is 100% vegan and also so many groceries and body / home products you cannot find else where or are very expensive to buy elsewhere. This is also an amazing place to get your vegan ‘junk food’. So many amazing chocolates, sweets, biscuits etc that anyone would love. Just so lovely to have it all in one place with convenient delivery too :) Thank you TVK !
