I am over the moon to of come across The Veg Patch. After having my order cancelled from Jellycat for the bashful luxe pine bunny due to them over selling, I came across this site, I ordered on the Thursday and it was here by Saturday. It was wrapped perfectly and it’s so beautiful! they use Royal Mail which is brilliant for me. I was kept up to date from ordering to every step of delivery. I will certainly buy from here again 10/10.

Just brilliant, I was looking for a Jellycat Peanut for my daughter with no luck and then I found The Veg Patch. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Monday in perfect condition. The service was top class. I will now shop here for all my Jellycat needs

Was hunting everywhere for the jellycat reindeer peanut. Stumbled across the vegetable patch website. Was a little bit dubious ordering from a website that I was not familiar with. I need not have worried. Item arrived within a few days. Well packaged and gift wrapped. Fantastic service very happy and will have one very happy daughter on her 16th birthday. Thank you.

Fantastic service! I hunted country wide for a jellycat peanut reindeer for my daughter (28!) Who announced last minute that she would love one for Christmas. I ordered on sunday December 22nd assuming it would arrive in the new year (better late than never) but to my surprise it was with me down in sussex on Christmas eve!
Thank you so much you made my little girl (28!) Very happy on Christmas morning.

I ordered an item late on Friday the 20th December and received on sunday the 22nd.This was incredible service especially with all the Christmas items in the system

I ordered a Jellycat conker and Snowy the owling from The Veg Patch on Friday, they arrived today (Monday) they are perfect! They were wrapped with care and are in immaculate condition. I am so pleased with them, thank you so much! ☺️

Very poor I was charged 1/2 price for a meal I couldn’t eat as it was so hot with chilli and not told this was the case until it was time to pay. If I had known I would have left straight away.

Would never go there again

Ordered a Jellycat rabbit as a family gift from here and needed it within a week. It arrived after 4 days and was packaged well. Would definitely order again.
