i have been given 3 items the same in the mystery boxes. all the clothing is damaged and dirty. not one this is actually vintage. I actually received an item of clothing that what i can only imagine is a dead person's clothes, as it has their name on it and the hospital label is still on it DISGUSTING. they are refusing to help.

Do not get this. Decided to give myself a little treat and get a mystery box on the spur of the moment and didn't look at the reviews properly. The clothes that came were total trash, really unwearable awful quality that a charity shop wouldn't even take. I foolishly didn't just cut my losses and got on with their customers service who said they could accept returns and send stuff back, but after paying extra to shop it back I've received nothing. 100% a scam, make sure you avoid!!!

Was in a rush to get my son some last minute birthday presents . I’m usually pretty thorough when checking companies out .
Ordered on 4th July , I read reviews after 🙄 my order hadn’t been prepared and was told it would be cancelled , wasn’t cancelled , same story as others !
Still not arrived to this day , I’ve raised a complaint with financial ombudsman , not sure if I’ll get much help getting my money back.
I’ve attempted to get money back with my card issuer . Let’s see . Chinese fake merchandise , which I’m guessing won’t fit as Asian sizes are different to UK . Thats if I ever get the football shirt. I wouldn’t mind so much if they were a bit more up front about where there stuff comes from so people can make their own decisions .
Lesson learnt .

Terrible, DO NOT USE this company. They have never sent my jacket that cost me £75.00 and do respond to emails. Absolutely shocking service. DO NOT USE.

I cannot believe this company is still in operation, although under a slightly different name. It’s a year since I ordered from them and ended up opening a small courts claim against them as they are a complete set of frauds and scammers. More needs to be done about “companies” like these as they know exactly what they’re doing and know they’ll get away with it!

Can’t comprehend and email and unable to solve anything. Scam and fraudulent clothing company. Clothes are outworn fake and bad quality.

Absolutely awful. Recieved 2 boxes of old, torn, mouldy clothes that obviously had not been washed. Nothing fit, 3 items were womens clothes. Got 2 of the same necklace and ring set. Spent £10 to send back for a size larger and received back the exact same size clothes and all in probably worse condition than before. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

I didn't read reviews on here before purchasing a "new" not used framed poster. Sent it back promptly for refund as it was really bad quality and broken. That was over 6 weeks ago and have been messed about so much by Thomas in customer service. 20 emails back and forth. Tracking provided. They said they don't offer refunds! I had to quote the law around online and distance selling. They then said okay we'll refund. No refund received. They said we'll look into it. No refund. Again they said provide tracking (already provided). They said okay we've processed your refund. Allow a few working days. No refund. I'm disputing it with my bank. They are responding to the dispute that they have had no communication from me! Saying I only sent it back after a month of receiving it. I've sent them tracking. They received the item back after one week of me receiving it! I don't know what they are playing at. They can't win this. It seems they are hoping I'll go away. Using delaying tactics to prevent a claim back maybe. Shocking! They must be getting away with it. Luckily my item was new. It must be worse for people buying used items. I hope whoever is thinking about making a purchase reads these reviews first! Robbing b......s.

Fraudulent company with accounts overdue on companies house. Customer service is shocking and the bloke can’t even read or comprehend an email.

Don’t not be trapped into their false advertisement of grade a* clothing… you will only get a bunch of soiled rags delivered. They will then refuse a refund.

I urge all to contact their banks to recover money spent and report to trading standards

I ordered 3 months ago and have not received part of my order and they have not provided the refund for my jacket i returned!

If I could give less stars I would. Ordered two t shirts three weeks ago. Keep giving me false tracking numbers and every time I try to get in contact they feed you with the same rubbish. Avoid at all costs

Awful company - AVOID. Taken money, said they couldn't fulfil the order but never sent a refund. Sent numerous emails which they are not responding to. By the looks of their reviews they should not be operating.

If I could rate it 0 I would..
My 15yr old purchased a mystery box with his Xmas money.. mystery indeed as it never arrived.. Keep getting fobbed off with "were working with Royal Mail to find out where it is" bull royal mail NEVER RECEIVED IT... endless emails , terrible customer service..my son has lost £100 hardly bloody fair..
Total scammers.. the bank is involved and trading standards,..

Don’t use waste of money don’t reply to emails don’t send out the goods money down the drain

Absolute bag of shite ordered 17th December , no parcel no return of money no explanation bunch of crooks, my son didn't have one of his Christmas presents.

Absolutely disgusting dirty stained worn out damaged trash. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. Fit for the bin, the lot of it! Some business!

AWFUL SERVICE TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE EVEN THOUGH IT SAID 24 HOURS AND THE CLOTHES WHERE DIRTY AND DISGUSTING!! STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking company. The 48 hour delivery time was actually three weeks! The box came half ripped open and inside was a knitted vest so misshapen and worn out and smelled like cigarettes, a shirt that had armpit stains and also smelled awful, a very cheap sweatshirt and a fake ysl ring( I had stated no ring when ordering) this company is a complete scam and I wish I seen reviews before ordering. The box was so awful the items went in the bin as soon as it was opened

Rubbish customer service, received smelly and stained clothing. Wasted £60 on their pathetic clothes . Awful company that should not be in business.

I ordered a £60 mystery box 2 months ago and have emailed 3 times and have had responses every time saying they will look into it when I have asked for a refund.
