UPDATE. , 12/30/2017. Still no product; Viral Gadgets has refused to refund money since order has "gone to fulfillment" It has never shipped. I have filed complaint with Paypal. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered the pocket guitar for a Christmas gift, my order was placed 11/6/2017. I sent email on 12/5/2017 to query about my order. I did receive a response that the order was being escalated and they would let me know when they heard from the fulfillment department. (Sent by Richel in Customer Service). I have heard nothing since. I suspect this is fraudulent; however, I have seen many positive reviews from folks who bought other products. Fraudulent or for real? I can't attest to either 100%. But I will keep following up with them, and Paypal.

I would give this company no stars if it was possible. Do not buy from this website. I ordered a product Nov 16. It's now Dec 14 and I'm still waiting. The tracking order number doesn't exist and they never respond to emails. AVOID at all costs.

I paid for an order six weeks ago. Website AND confirmation email indicated that the item would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. At 4 weeks I contacted customer service. After 3 days I received a polite response explaining that they had more orders than expected, would deliver [again they said!] within 4 weeks, and would "escalate" my order processing. Two weeks later, nothing. No response to emails, no response to Paypal escalated claim. Website includes an order-tracking link, but that page "cannot find" my order. (I DID receive an order confirmation email the day I ordered and paid.) Buyer, beware: don't buy.

I ordered the goods 25/10/2017, so far my goods have not been delivered to me. I contacted customer support and I was disgusted with their approach. No willingness to solve the problem. My question, my money will be refunded?
That is our address. If you want to get a refund you would need to return the items to that address.
ridiculously, I have to send back what I did not get , otherwise will not return the money. I do not know how this company can work.

Item took forever and was not what was advertised

I placed an order and was offered a discount when I clicked a spin wheel on the site. There was nowhere to enter that discount. I contacted them after placing the order thinking the discount had been applied. They would not apply the discount or cancel the order. I have now received a dent puller with no instructions. Horrible customer service and essentially a total scam company!

0 stars...This company is such a scam..Buyers beware; do not order anything from this site. I placed an order in September and have only received false canada post tracking numbers and a bunch of BS saying due to high volume..blah blah blah, some more BS &blah blah...so 😠.

I'd give them a zero, but it's not an option. Customer service is terrible. I asked to return an item, and they send me an email trying to convince me to keep it. After placing my order I had to send 4 emails before I got a response. Stay away from this company

Worst customer service . Took weeks to get a response from customer service. After they battle for 2 months . They make you send back to China and it cost more than the product is worth . Down right horrible to customers and awful products!

The pocket guitar is complete piece of junk and the selling videos are using music played on a different instrument. Horrible sound, deserves no stars.

I ordered a hamster for my 18 mo old grandson on Nov.1. As of today, December 4, and numerous e-mails, I have no idea what happened to my order. So now I am to going through PayPal for a refund.

Never recieved products ...SCAM. I did recieve product shortly after I wrote this ...

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! They scammed me almost $100 when I ordered three Minimalist Wallets on the website. I ordered the wallets in September, sent them an email to follow-up in September, again in October and two times in November. After three weeks of placing my order, I emailed them to follow-up on the status. I did not get a response until two weeks later. They responded by saying the delay was due to large volume of orders and emails. The second email in October was to follow-up on my order (again!). Two weeks later after the second email, they came back to say the wallets were going to be shipped soon. I sent them two more emails in November. This time they the that the order had been shipped. LIES!!! By my third and fourth email, I asked a refund of my hard earned money. I would not be so upset had I received the wallets, despite the three month delay. It is truly an awful feeling and extremely frustrating to be scammed of money and to waste time getting your money back or have the product you paid for delivered. Now Paypal is saying that they are not going to refund me because they believe the merchant. Viral Gadgets know exactly what to say and do. They are professional scammers!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM VIRAL GADGETS!! You will never see your product or your money!!!

Bought three pocket guitar. First of all, only needed one, but when placed order pop up window offered to pay half price for two. I accepted and then found myself with 3 guitars! I contacted them, but was told they were great as a gift and I could certainly find someone who deserved one. Got them in the mail, very flimsy, poorly made, low quality. So much so that I tried returning them. They won't accept...can't talk to anyone, everything done through email, but they take couple of days to answer :(

Company is a scam. Since early September I have been trying to cancel my order (they only shipped 1/2 of it) and now won't ship the other half or issue me a refund.

They answer e-mails after a week or two and never address the refund - they just say things are being worked on and for me to be patient.
It's November 16th !!!

Do not trust this company.

On 9/12/17 I purchased a product from this company (security light device) for $135.50 that I was to receive within 4-6 weeks. By 10/6/17, I had received no confirmation of shipping. I contacted the company through the only means available (email) and was informed that because of a huge response they were on back order and were unsure of a shipping date. I demanded at that point a full refund, cancelled the order, and 4 days later on 10/11/17 was assured a complete refund was issued that day. After not receiving any refund whatsoever and continued requests for banking confirmation of the refund and/or a telephone number to their accounting department (I was told they have no telephone service in Singapore where the company is located) I have finally had to dispute the charge through my bank. Thankfully I saved all correspondence from this company which corroborated my claim that I didn’t receive the merchandise and that they supposedly issued a refund to my card which I never received. It has been 2+ months of total bull crap that I (a 65-yr-old senior citizen who doesn’t have $135.50 to donate to con artists) have waited for a resolution and according to my bank will take possibly another week of investigation before I can get my money back. AND this company has the audacity to continue to send me notices that I haven’t used my 10% discount on my next order. Hell will have air conditioning before I would ever order from this company again!

Scam!! Do not order from them!! Luckily I didn't pay before I found this out!

The viral gadgets company are nothing but CROOKS. Placed an order 2 months ago still no product and they refuse to give me a refund. They will only rob you don't buy from them

Fraud!!!! Take your money and no product!!! FRAUD!!!
