Very negative after sale experience

Well it seems that the way to get their attention in this company is by writing negative reviews. After my first review they did reply to me asking for more details, which I gave, and now they disappeared again without solving the issue that I have with the visual book. It is been more than a week now, still no answer.

Poor customer service and delays

I ordered the congratulations greeting card on 24th Dec 24 and did not receive it until the 9th of Jan. More than 2 weeks later. I understand that post office was closed on some days over the christmas/new years period but the long delay does not account for that. The responses from the visualbook were prompt before I placed an order and then after I'd placed my order I was repeatedly asking for my tracking link and my emails were ignored until I made them aware I was considering getting a refund with paypal. It was only then that visualbook promptly responded and came out of hibernation. According to the visualbook they were out of office but they had no out of office on. The customer service is atrocious. The greeting card was ordered on 24th Dec and only received by the post office on the 7th of Jan! I needed it to gift to a friend by the wednesday and I couldn't even do that because it arrived on Thursday.

I would not recommend the visualbook

3. File Order: When we download the files, they are sorted based on the date the picture or video was taken. This may result in the order appearing different from your original arrangement.

Good idea but disappointing customer service

Purchasing the actual product was smooth however the customer service after was a bit disappointing. They gave me the wrong tracking number for the package which meant when the item was “delivered”, I panicked because we hadnt received anything and it looked like it was delivered to the wrong house. When I tried to get into contact with the team about this, I was given an email address to the owner, Aisha. I believe she’s on leave right now as an automated message was then delivered to me and she had left email addresses that weren’t valid? So I was left for hours without any answers and felt very helpless. Tried to get into contact with their instagram and had nothing. Then tried their “chat with us” option and every time I connected with someone there was a delay in their replies. Very ironically they’d say, “checking info out, just a moment” and I wouldn’t hear anything back for hours even though I sent messages prompting them. The postal service near me tried too but they reassured me that the tracking info is incorrect and to contact the sender to fix it. Communication to customers needs to improve here especially when the owner is away, I haven’t had one follow up email since or an apology. I would like this to be followed up but there isn’t an easy way to contact the team. Very disappointing.

I was supposed to pay extra 53 bucks to…

I was supposed to pay extra 53 bucks to just get my package. When I pay it should say that it will come an extra charge on my purchase.

I apologize for the unexpected €53 charge upon delivery. Due to Brexit, shipments from the UK to the EU are subject to local VAT and customs duties, which are beyond our control.

At checkout, we offer an option to prepay these duties, often at a reduced rate through our business account with the shipping carrier. It appears the free delivery option was selected, which doesn’t cover these fees.

Lovely photo book

Lovely photo book. Easy to manoeuvre and sort things out. Only thing is I kinda put the photos and videos in order of how I wanted and it didn’t come out this way. Also had an option on the side to write words which I thought was part of it but that didn’t show. I had issues with the videos which I wrote if it didn’t load please contact me because there was no way of me knowing if it did or not. No one did and of course they didn’t. Gift didn’t turn out how I thought but they still liked it so I guess it all good. Just wished it was what I envisioned

Amazing experience

Aisha Nadayako was so pleasant to work with. She emailed me asking if i wanted to send in more pictures and helped me figure out what was best for the book. She kept me updated on when she was shipping me the book and helped me avoid additional cost.
