I agree with the other reviews here

I agree with the other reviews here. I am a VO artist with over a decade experience and work across all the major VO marketplaces. The Voicerealm is a very shady operation. Interestingly, they have only claimed ownership of their US based operation on trust pilot. It's my opinion the positive reviews there have been paid for by them. I have posted a review here previously about my experiences working with them (with-holding payment, abusive / intimidation tactics and threats) and, perhaps unsurprisingly, was contacted by them threatening to delete my profile unless I took it down. Let's see if they do that again now. If they do, I'll post it here. In the meantime, search their business on Twitter where VO artists are holding no punches. @VoiceRealmTweet

Offensive and intransparent

Offensive, insulting, hiding in the dark
The Voice Realm looks like a very shady business to me: They are infamous for their offensive Twitter campaign like "Have you slept with a voiceover talent today" (yes, that is what the ad said) and are well known for publicly using the c-word on twitter for clients/talents on several occasions.

They are also completely intransparent about how much they take from the original budget, so neither the client nor the talent knows how much of the initial budget thevoicerealm keeps for itself.

The payment for the jobs ranges from poor to okay, hardly any well-paid jobs at all, though. Most of the jobs seem to cater to British talents.

What's more: Nobody knows *who* is actually behind the company. You can not find out anything about them (apart from a P.O. box address in New York). No names, no street address – they hide behind toll-free numbers, P.O. boxes, and anonymized domain data. And while all of this might their fair right, it does look 100 percent shady to me.

At the end of the day: Because of their completely unprofessional approach and language(!), and their total lack of transparency, this company should be avoided. It is *not* a professionally run and reliable resource for professional voice over talents.
