went in and was refused to buy a couple packs of cards and was made to feel inferior to even shop there didn't even get a sorry poor customer service

I'm sorry we wasn't able to serve you for a pack of Final Fantasy Magic the Gathering, I'm afraid that's because it's a set reserved for players playing in store. There's a sign in front of the packs saying that set is a for players on the tables only. I'm sorry you couldn't have a pack of this set but if you were a player on our tables you'd love what we do because you'd be able to get these packs regularly.

Sadly while this system is brilliant for regular community I can fully understand how annoying it is when you really want a hard to come by set but we thought this would be a nice set to reward our regulars that play on our tables because they've built an amazing community at The Warp and we want to support them.

Does suck to read things like this to be honest because we thought us reserving some sets for our regulars was a nice thing to do for them, we didn't intend to upset anyone it was done with the best of intentions I can assure you that.
