I used the watch directory last week to buy an expensive time piece and i was extremely content with both the service and watch i purchased. Why would you buy from the high street when you can purchase the same watch from the watch directory and save a significant amount of money. Plus you get all the benefits a high street shop has to offer including warranties, advice and fantastic customer service. I have to say both Jonathan and Connor were extremely professional and courteous and i will definetly be using them again.

Always a bit unsure when something appears too good to be true. When I queried this, I was contacted and spoke to them same day and felt reassured. The ordering process etc went very smoothly and watch delivered the day after it came to them. Very impressive service and watch looks great - now just hope the wife delighted with it!! I would certainly use again.

I was in the process of purchasing an Omega Speedmaster when I found The Watch Directory on the internet. The price offered was fantastic & was significantly cheaper than other outlets. I was initially cautious to purchase an expensive item online, but having spoken to Jonathan a couple of times & listening to his in depth knowledge & invaluable advice it removed all doubt. The service I received was fantastic & completely professional whilst also being personal.

Bought first time on line a quality watch. Was very cautious and tried to do the background checks as you do. All come back with flying colours. Was still weary as watch was 15/20% lower priced than mainstream retailers.I had lots of questions. Was looked after post and presale.Watch was brand new as described Will be buying my next watch from The Watch Directory. First class service and all questions answered prior to and after delivery.It was a pleasure to buy from them.

Whilst there was an issue with delivery they did all they could to resolve the issue and make up for it. Watch was a gift for my husband and he loved it.

The first Gucci watch I received was scratched. It was returned for 're-finishing' but I do think this should have been picked up prior to despatch. The winder on the same watch then came out but they arranged a replacement watch quickly and efficiently. Touch wood that has been okay so far.

It's times like these where it would have been easier to have purchased from a local watch shop.

Overall a decent service from the watch directory. Prompt replies and they did all they could to resolve the situation. I can't however recommend Gucci watches, they're cosmetic jewellery at best.

I recently bought a beautiful Breitling Galactic watch as a special present for my daughters birthday. Jonathan was brilliant, he made sure that I got it in plenty of time and at a great price. I have to admit to being slightly apprehensive as this is a fairly new company but I was wonderfully surprised. The selection and prices were excellent and they quickly responded to a query I had. When I placed the order they kept in contact to let me know how it was progressing. It arrived in around 10 days (there was a suggested 4 week lead time) and was UK sourced with the international warranty and diamond certificate.
Highly recommended.
