visited this place this morning. Very rude🤮🤮 person, there was a woman , she didn't even say "good morning", while I was waiting for it to be fixed a man came and was very nice to him and fixed his bracelet for free. She did the same thing to him as she did to me and I paid £20 to have a smaller bracelet made. Definitely won't be going back there

Rude and unhelpful staff member, the only person working in the shop 7 days a week. Faulty product with receipt but not even an exchange offered, staff member simply said look online. Dismissive and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from here, products potentially faulty.

Naughty naughty! Just tried pulling a fast one with the mother charging her £65 for a battery change!
Just done at home for the less than a quid and 10 minutes!
AVOID!

I have a treasured piece of jewellery given to my Mum by my Dad. However, the watch was not working. On my visit to the Watch Hospital I was informed it was. It is a wind up watch and now it keeps time perfectly. Thank you ☺️

Luton branch employee was very unhelpful and uninterested, had my G-Shock for a battery replacement, since had it back the front bezel has fallen off. Rang up and spoke to a very helpful lad that asked if I could bring it down for him to have a Quick Look at how ever the gentleman in the shop was not interested at all, not helpful and and very arrogant. Will not be using again

The Frenchgate, Doncaster store. Zero customer service given from the lady, no manners. No greeting no nothing. Not a good attitude for someone working to serve the public

I have an older seiko kinetic watch which wasn't retaining a charge. I took it to the Watch Hospital in White Rose and received great advice and service and the watch was fixed within an hour.
I have had to return as I got water in the watch whilst on holiday, and this was also dealt with quickly by an extremely friendly member of staff. Highly recommend

I went to the WR branch yesterday hoping my broken strap on an expensive sentimental watch could be fixed. Thankfully Ahmed was determined to find the right bit to fix it which he did, so I’m a happy customer.

Having taken my watch in back in August and being told it would take 6 to 8 weeks I finally received a phone call today 19th Dec saying " a full service with band and case polished plus the repair " would be over £800 !!!. As all the watch needed was a replacement 'pusher' fitting to say I was surprised would be an understatement. I asked for a price just to supply and fit the new pusher and was told they couldn't do it unless I had the full works. If this is typical of how this company works it won't be long before the receivers are back!.

Went to a branch of the watch hospital that I have always used. And always paid circa £16 for a new battery. Today without any understanding of the type of battery needed just looked at the name of the watch through the glass "swiss army" got a glossy book out and announced £50 . For a watch that in 1993 cost not much more clearly trying to charge over inflated prices.
Went to an alternative supplier and paid £7.50 with guarantee.
Watch Hospital - you have been caught out trying to over charge. No more custom for you !!!

I took my watch to the White Rose, Leeds branch for a replacement battery and replacement pin for a link.
I paid for the service on collection but when I put the watch on it was smaller and tight. I immediately went back and confronted the man asking if he had removed a link. He denied it so I'm left with a watch that is too small. I've had the watch for 15 years bought by my father who recently passed away so to say that I am devastated is an understatement. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH

I cannot think of better service and knowledge of this company. I took a probably 30 year old Omega watch to be repaired. They are a company I absolutely trust and knew it would be repaired correctly and with care. It was sent away for repair and they kept in touch throughout. I picked up a as good as new perfect watch. They proved I was right. Thank you so very much.
