We tried, we hoped, our website looks great when it works….but we have had too many ongoing problems with ongoing excuses.

It seems to be a never ending problem with never ending excuses.

This company is fraud. They have taken me for $2300. Most cant speak english or spell. They are completely incompetent. I was very patient telling them step by step how to do their job and almost two years later, the website is still not complete and they won't even activate my website or give me access to my own website so I can take it elsewhere. It's been so long I can't even dispute the charges.

This company once again, called me today, requesting money to host a website they designed for me. In there legal requirements, they state that that site belongs to me after it was designed. Yep they won’t give it to me only if I pay the money for their hosting for another year. Which last time the website magically broke within that year and then they don’t contact you until you’re hosting us up. These guys are scammers they took around $1700 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. They told me I was harassing them on email by requesting the website, Yep they called today and tell me that they’d love to host it for another $400 which that $400 by the way is apparently a promotional price which they list on their website as their normal price $1700 for WordPress website…

I went to my bank and the fraud department finally got involved. After an investigation, I finally received my £5000 back which came from the Beneficiary bank. Thank you HSBC

I paid them $1500 for a website and 3 years of seo ranking. The only thing i got from them was a screenshot of a generic first page to a website that only included a Pic of my logo in the corner... and a lot of attitude with terrible customer service. I didn't get a website and i didn't get my money back. Their website domain is registered in France. They are not American. They are scammers. AND In regards to their reply.. I have documentation and proof of this... from invoices, to emails, even chat logs, screenshots and shared links. I'm not the ONLY one they've done this way, as you can see from other reviews.

The team still has not modified my website template, provided me access to the content management system, or provided the vast majority of my logo/branded deliverables. Extremely poor ability to execute/deliver.

job completed but the level of service was sub par

We spent $1000 and ended up having to scrap the entire effort after several weeks. This company and team did not deliver and completely let us down. After hitting the point where we didn't even have anything to salvage, we tried to get our money back and were told that was not possible. I'm not even sure this is a legitimate company at this point, I think we may have been scammed.

I want a refund. This experience has been one of the worst of my life. I get no support and nothing gets done. I WAS PROMISED MY SITE FULLY FUNCTIOAL BY February to March time-frame. It's still not functional and I'm getting no returned help. It's Mid July for goodness sake.

These guys are scammers, don’t fall for it! PLS PLS PLS. I feel the need to warn others. The address they provide isn’t their office address but a location with this description: (Reserve your virtual office address at Soho Meeting Center). Contact your bank for refund because these guys are probably in India and giving themselves fancy names like Kevin Peterson and Mike Collins with Indian accents. When their name probably could be Rohit Singh! They write reviews for themselves and it’s not authentic.

They wrote this review by themselves, but it is about my project that I’m trying to reverse with my bank because it wasn’t completed. My project is 4 weeks late, yet below they say I never gave a chance for complaint. Everything stated here including marketing, was never done! They promised to give me a thousand followers, only to hear from friends that those promises are a scam and that you can’t give people followers:
“I hired them to create a platform where sellers and buyers can connect. An idea was not limited to the site only that’s why we proceed with the app development as well. I appreciate all the hard work that they had delivered on my project!
They never gave me a chance for any complaint; especially the phase when marketing comes in it to viral my venture.

So pleased with the work they have done in building my business and rebranding my company. Efficient service, delivering great quality of work and exceptional communication between developers and client. Would definitely recommend.
