Fab communication throughout and really happy with my ring

A* experience from start to finish. I tried many jewellers to find my perfect wedding band and left feeling completely defeated. However the ring I got from here is everything I wanted and more. It’s beautifully finished, and sits perfectly with my engagement ring.
The customer service was incredible. Every email was answered quickly, with such a personal approach which really made me feel like a valued customer. Top class experience with this company.

Truly a wonderful experience, I’d left it pretty late to order but Simon was a hero and came through a week after order. He even hand delivered to my apartment to ensure it got to me. I was experiencing train delays but he waited all the same. Such exceptional service from start to finish. A true love for the craftsmanship and the customer. After being severely let down by a ‘larger’ business, I was left in a last minute, precarious position — and super anxious about making sure our rings were perfect and ready on time. After being burned by a scam Etsy shop, I was quite nervous about ordering from a smaller seller at first, especially since their prices are extremely reasonable. My ring arrived in 4 weeks with great communication from Simon throughout. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and the obvious care put into it.

Very stylish easy to navigate website. Ordered with no problem. However I didn't realise that wedding rings take a while to be made and delivered. Contacted Simon who immediately put my mind at ease. He sent me a free ring sizer which arrived next day to make sure size I ordered was correct to avoid any delay. Size was great! Explained I was getting married in 4 weeks and that it was my fault for ordering late. Simon reassured me ring would be here in time. True to his word it arrived yesterday well packaged. 2 weeks to go and im now calm the ring is here. Its a beautiful plain gold band but looks luxurious, great craftsmanship. Convinced it will last for many many years. A nice little hand written note from Simon also a lovely touch. If you want beautiful quality wedding rings then order from here. Simon was only a phone call away and his service was faultless. Thankyou Simon to you and your team.

What absolutely brilliant service, and the rings are well beyond what I expected... absolutely gorgeous.

Simon really goes above and beyond to help. I would say that they saved our wedding day.
We were *severely* let down by H. Samuel who cancelled part of our order leaving us high and dry as we were leaving to get married in Thailand on the 20th September.

I talked to Simon on the phone and explained the situation and he managed to get wedding rings delivered to us within one week. Clear communication throughout as well.

I had previously placed orders with both Ernest Jones and Goldsmiths, but had to cancel both due to their delays. Wedding Ring Co. Was my third and final chance to get the ring I wanted in time.

He was very accomodating when I asked to change the size and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Highly recommened. You will not be dissapointed.

I'm really happy with the ring and the service provided. My now fiance loved it. I wanted a bespoke ring and Simon provided the best price I could find.
At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical because I just found the website browsing and I didn't know anyone who had worked with them, but after reading the reviews and speaking with him, I gave it a try and it was the best decision I could've taken for my engagement ring.

Amazing bespoke wedding rings.
I needed my wedding ring quickly and found the perfect one on Simon and Amy's site. I ordered and was quickly updated via email by Simon. I was advised it would take approximately 3 weeks. I asked if it could be sooner and Simon responded telling me they would do their best.
I was not disappointed I recieved the ring within the week and it is absolutely perfect.
I cant thank Simon enough...the craftsmanship is perfect. I looked for this type of ring for a while, I couldn't of wished for a better ring. Thank you so much! Highly recommend x
