A+ Company, Great Socks

I ordered 6 pair of these compression socks, 2 Black, 2 Blue, and 2 Gray. When I got them I had 6 pair of Black. I was really disappointed and sent an email to the company. I heard nothing, so I sent another email, again nothing. In total I sent 4 emails and thought they did not care about whether the customer was happy or not. Finally I received an answer and an apology for making me feel like they did not care. Somehow my emails got put into a spam folder. They answered me and apologized for ignoring my emails. They said they would make it right by sending me 2 Blue pair and 2 Gray pair at no cost to me. They did that and I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend these socks and this company as they truly care about their customers.
