Why cant my paper be thrown to my house not the footpath.

I am an elderly homebound lady that depends on my paper delivery. At least twice a week it is stolen, I believe because the driver cant be bothered to throw it up on the lawn. It usually is on the footpath and easily just picked up by anyone. I have complained before with no result.

The commentary that they pass of as…

The commentary that they pass of as ‘head line’ news is so focused on PM bashing they couldn’t even hide it.
Seven West Media is yet another one of those media outlets that sharply leans toward the Liberal - National party and we mustn’t forget how that went! (Scomo was probably the most hated PM this century). A rubbish paper good for the Liberal lovers who are still licking their wounds.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

I have been having the Sunday times delivered for several years now and in the last twelve months the delivery has gone downhill big time. Every three to four weeks my paper doesn't get delivered, the paper is thrown either in the garden or on the road. I call and they say they will ensure that delivery and placement of the paper will be rectified but never happens..last night no delivery AGAIN..looked at me cameras and they delivered to the house 3 doors down and ignored my house…really! Terrible delivery system considering how much they charge for a paper that is full of ads anyway..will be cancelling and not bother anymore

I was on holiday and unfortunately…

I was on holiday and unfortunately overlooked paying my subscription so I immediately paid on line. I followed this up by a phone call to have my paper delivered. Had such wonderful service over the phone. Problem solved immediately and paper delivered the next day. I even received a follow up phone call from them to make sure all was ok. Very impressed with Mack and Taylor 👍👍👍

Absolutely disgusted in the West Australian.
Write the story with all the facts and ensure the headline is suitable to represent the article.
My family is appalled in the poor quality and choices for headlines…

A very limited newspaper

A very limited newspaper. Never on par with major newspapers e.g. The Age; The Sydney Morning Herald. Lack of coverage about major world events. Who cares what toothpaste AFL players use. Comments from subscribers are overly censored based on feeble West"standards'.

The West Australian organisation needs…

The West Australian organisation needs to have a good look at themselves.
1. to hard to cancel subscription no online option
2. crap service(2 out of 3 papers delivered end up sodden due to poor wrapping) dispute, all the promises are made but nothing changes
3. then the final account paid on 11th wasn't due until 17th receive a threatening letter on the15th of further action if I don't pay OMG
**Note being away for 2 weeks, the school holidays is why I didn't see your previous weekly letters
I'll never buy a copy of THE WEST AUSTRALIAN again, after approximately 30 years of purchasing mind you!!!

Bullying bunch of cowards

Absolute garbage level paper that bully’s people. The way they mocked recently departed Eagles coach Adam Simpson shows they actively promote trying to attack people’s mental health. They lie, print garbage and don’t care about West Australians. Their only passion isp pushing their own ego driven, unintelligent, garbage level opinions. The only thing this paper is useful for is burning. Avoid and watch them hopefully fade away to nothing

If like me you have been a resident of…

If like me you have been a resident of Western Australia and wish to keep in touch , be careful if you subscribe to ' The West '. Since the charging started the password they gave . 'leggedCoiner' , failed to be accepted , the second ' wan123 ' had to be inputted by the west staff , which of course means they have access to your mobile or computer , e.g bank details etc. If you are given access by the staff password you could be requested to login up too 5 times while reading the script . In my years residency 'The West' was held in high esteem ,sadly no longer.
