I ordered one of their products on the 7th of Sept it never got delivered to my uk address says delivered 10th October u can’t e mail them as the website not there it’s comes up error I reported it to shop app and they said they sent e mail I either want my goods or a full refund I will be contacting my bank

This is an update on my previous review.
I have tried repeatedly to contact “the west tools” and the emails just bounce back undelivered.
They are thieves and scammers . Do not use them.
They were on Facebook along with other “suppliers” of dubious reputation?
Scammers none of there links for contacting them don’t exist, though I was buying a ninja double oven air cooker. Looks like I’ve been fleeced 🤷🏻♂️ somebody should stop them.
