Shocking customer service
Ordered a bottle of Gin Mare for a present which was showing in stock. Three days later after not receiving a dispatch email I emailed asking when it would be sent out only to be told it was out of stock. I then rang customer services who were utterly useless, no apology and I was told it's not there problem as their supplier was out of stock. Not happy and I will never use again. Oh and to top it off it will take a week for them to make a refund to my card.

Ignoring customers
I waste my money, I did not get my item , after my first review I got reply that someone will contact with me shortly but nobody did... I've send few emails to them but I've been ignored ! This's just unacceptable

Very happy
I bought my brother a bottle of Kraken rum which came with a 'free' Kraken glass mug, a nice gift for him at Christmas. It arrived very promptly, was reasonably priced (as was the postage) and I was generally happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.
